@@jonrich9675 Except that majority of blue mods don't have a tagline like the purples. If its got a tagline under the mod then you can't put two of the same tag together. However because blues don't generally have them you can get multiple atk % for instance. So yeah, some of the blues are actually worth it for this reason.
It's modeled almost exactly like a F2P mobile game. If you've played any modern Gacha games (Genshin, Honkai, Wuthering Waves etc.) then it would probably make more sense. I agree that it's way too much. Unfortunately, these systems are there to inflate playtime and force players to grind more. More playtime = better statistics for player count + the longer you play, the more you'll be incentivized to spend money.
just started playing the game, never played it before today and i appreciate your video man, actually cleared a lot for me (coming from destiny 2) i hope to see more content from you man, keep it up and thank you brother
Very solid video and explanation for all these different systems. I love this game so far, but to say I was feeling a little lost is a massive understatement.
Fastest way to level everything by far is the defense mission in Kingston. I leveled Gley to from 1 to 30 in roughly 2 hours and have yet to complete all 21 rounds. People usually leave at round 14.
I don't understand why no one that made a video on guides never talks about the weapon archetypes like pierce, crush, etc. Knowing the weapon you,re going to take in a boss battle is crucial for success.
Besides the UI/interface, the game and its mechanics share a lot of resemblance with Warframe. Some even with Destiny and The Division. If they make possible to earn the premium coins trading with other players, just like Platinum on Warframe, this game will live a long life.
Buddy and I are having a blast so far, i just hope they add more cosmetics that aren't behind a paywall. I understand they need to make money somehow but it'd be nice if there were at least a few skins to grind for.
Heya Knightmare, just wanted to let you know that the skill augment mods don't increase your mod capacity, they just have a stupidly massive drain. The ones that fundamentally change your abilities, like the Jayber healing turret replaced with a second attack turret etc. The wording on most of them is also a bit messed up, for example, the Bunny AoE one. It's for her ult, but doesn't mention the actual skill... and it sucks. Swaps the beam for a delayed explosion with Bunny as the center.
Thank you for this. Haven't had a chance to play yet but this was very helpful in preparation. Thank you for the comparisons to WF and Destiny - having played both of these, it helps to quickly understand mechanics. Cheers!
Just like Warframe it's pretty confusing with all those materials but for some reason this game is more harder to read for me. The icons and names are hard to remember for me and they throw all this sci fi mambo jambo at you and nothing sticks but it might just be because it's new. Also, great video man! Makes everything more clear.
Imo game is decently fun, game feels like a mix of D2 and Warframe at its core and not changing too much to inovate, but damn the UI needs work, giving me Ubisoft ptsd.
@UnknownRex aim assist is something the devs are gonna need to work on if you're using controller :/ kinda fights you to hit center mass hipfiring unless your on a crit spot.

Great video to introduce all the various systems. As a long time warframe player, there is a lot of familiarity however this was a great explanation for things i haven't gotten to yet.
Great Video... I hope Nexon will do good work in the future and keeps content creators in the loop.. this games live and die by their communities for sure... 8 years Warframe player I am very excited for this game...
The English translation is weird. When you hover there should be a list of actions you can take, the option to "heart" your favs is labelled as "Register attachment" or something. PC prompt was U. EDIT: you can see it here in video 05:06
Thanks for the thorough breakdown easy and understand and grasp I’m using Lepic I was getting tons of loot and didn’t know what to do lol happy gaming 🕹️
I’m confused with those amorphous material, where can you find exactly where to open them…. I know the ones where you fight a void dungeon boss but for those with a certain pattern number, I’m lost in those 😵💫
I'm sure Nexon will start out with low prices, and then gradually the prices will go obnoxiously high. Or they manipulate the drop rates when you don't invest any money, like they did before
Drop rate for the item to unlock crafting item for descendants is at 2% on operations. I've only gotten 2 so far, but that's actually not bad considering the games new. But you need like 3 of those formulas(2% drop) just for the chance to get what you need from the amorphous unlockables after extermination missions. So if you're rng is horrible, you may never get them. You can of course craft them too, but time Gate crafting and also the basic material farm will take a long time. It's already bad 😂
Nice video, pretty good explanation. I don’t know if I missed it but could you talk about the external components and the sets that could be available. Thanks bro

My Questions: 1. What happens if you buy the character and then do the quests for character anyway to get rid of the quest? Can you delete the quest after buying the character? Can you dismantle the extra charactor card? 2. Can you level up regular weapons, if so, should you or focus on ultimate only? 3. What is the hotkey for favoriting weapons? I'm blind or something I can't find it. 4. Is there a way to view "Season quests" For battle pass? Or are they all just journal entries. Will journal entries reset every battle pass/does everything reset? 5. I saw the cap level is 40 but bosses go past 90, are we capped before being able to finish campaign, does new stuff open up after campaign, or do you just max out your character and you're done for now? Thanks! - Valbey is bae she's my queen. 😍Bunny is overrated.
Any idea how to fill the blue bar down there? I see my ajax need it to fill the yellow bar by using the blue one but i dont know how to fill the blue one. Turorial should tell more also the ui is hard to use🌧
With bunny, the easiest way to do it is constantly using your 2nd ability, and running around, it slowly fills up when youre sprinting and it fills up faster when you sprint with the C (2nd) ability
Hang on, the Descendant you pick absolutely matters, they are all unique, have unique skills, and each has a play style. Choice is super important there, sorry the video was great just had to chime in on that. I currently am using Valby as a main, but for those going F2P, then I suggest Ajax, he is a tanky MF as he has a shield skill, and really good at solo play. Viessa is great for style, and she has nice skills, and I have not tried Lepic, but I have seen a few other players use him pretty well. There are also others that are technically considered support like Yujin the healer. Now all that being said you can unlock ALL of the descendants in game, no need to buy any of them. Of course if you see one you like it's probably a good idea to grab them early on otherwise you will have to grind them a bit if you buy/get them later.
You can beat the normal mode of the game with literally any character, that is what he was saying when he said the first one you lvl doesnt matter, mastery is account bound and you unlock faster ways to lvl each decendant as the game progresses, just play a starting character or bunny all the way to the end if you dont want to buy a descendant, or farm the one you want as you lvl up, Freyna is an easy one to obtain within a few hours of the game for instance. Your gun builds can carry you even without using a single ability from a descendant.
I dont trust korean f2p games cause their gaming culture is different, they expect the consumer to just spend tons of money cause for them in general is like a badge of honor to spend money on games, thats why lost ark flunked so hard here in the west.
