Does the polar components set with hypothermia cause it not to proc? I don’t see it proccing on the UI.
I honestly think I prefer purple reactors over gold. You don't get as much skill power, but the gold ones only give you that 160% bonus when that ultimate weapon is in your hands. If you swap weapons, you lose all that bonus skill power. With a purple, you get the 140% at all time as long as you at least have the correct weapon type equipped.

@@evandeweever7406 It might be bugged for the gold reactors, mine does the same and many streamers as well.
@@evandeweever7406 gold reactor stated that it need that weapon mounted, meaning the 160% ONLY active while you're drawing that weapon. Not a bug
Yea it has to be held. You can also do it the sweaty way. Swap to the weapon needed and use your ability and swap off of it. It will "snapshot" the damage boost from the 160%
I personally hate snapshotting in games so....I'll be on the lookout for the right unique gun to be listed as my mounted gun on my reactor

Thank you so much for being a super-nerd, KnightmareFrame. I have been struggling for days to defeat bosses, especially Pyromaniac. My Viessa is level 40, but I didn't have the correct synergistic mods on my character, weapons, and reactor build(s). I watched your video today, and applied what I could that you've listed. It made all the difference. Now I can progress the main storyline, and take my time progressing other aspects of the game.I'm cautious; trying not to misstep Sincerely, thank you.

I’ve tried almost all the characters (not at max with full mods) but Viessa’s playstyle having a mix of everything has brought me back to her. It’s hard to play something like Sharen just spamming the 1st ability after playing a well designed class like Viessa 😬
Sharen is so weird. None of her abilities compliment each other. She just has 4 different complete abilities
@@doakesanddrax I wanted it to work as my main…and then I actually tried her 😆. Hard to justify playing it when electrocution only ticks for 10k on a fully modded character but one trigger squeeze hits like 80k with a smg
She is a beast for doing the survey missions. Stealthily destroys the tanks and makes the boss spawn instantly
@@xelguardI hit for well over a million with her 1 and get 300k+ electrocution crits. Might want to change your build a bit. Her 4 is great for room clear or boss balls and her 3 with the red card can really Amp your damage on bosses.

nice one! i built my viessa with the cold blooded skill module since i got a god tier double gold skill crit+skill crit dmg reactor so it kinda became mandatory lol.

You can take it at your own pace and you'll eventually get there.
Patience often pays off
It's not too bad. You get one for beating normal, one during campaign, if you're lucky you can drop them during campaign. I dropped 2 blue prints, farming other stuff, then hard bosses. If you're trying to focus a character, you get at least 2 by end of normal.

This isn't a game all day thing, even if he had been gaming all day so far it would be impossible to reach this build status. This is a whale 100%, it is impossible to unlock an ultimate descendant and farm both 7 catalysts and an energy activator in the time the game has been out for.
@@WhoStoleMyNachosMaybe he bought the ultimate viessa pack, it includes 1 catalyst and 1 energy. Story gives 2 catalyst. If he bought another 4 catalyst, total about 200 bucks. How is this whale?

Polar night set works only with Absolute Zero mod and gun chill attribute. Viessa's skills don't cause frostbite without it. You're just not utilizing bonuses from the set, neither is your primary gun - it's too slow for synergy with that set and doesn't have the necessary mods.
This set is used with ultimate Viessa with AZ and fast firing guns with chill atk and any of the two frostbite golden mods. Thundercage, for example, can be built to make TRIPLE AOE effect - one it's own electrical, one with the frostbite from it's mod and third - from the set. Together with Absolute Zero it will be way more effective, than using Hypotermia - this one is for the regular Viessa builds.

@@GodHexe Nice. I haven't tried hard Dead Bride yet. Hard Executioner was enough of a struggle for me. I just made a comment asking if you can proc Frostbite without Ultimate Viessa and the dedicated Ultimate only augment card... Do you know? From what I was looking at last night, the only way you can apply Frostbite is with Ultimate Viessa and the Absolute-Zero augment. I hope I'm wrong though

Wow before I died so easily but with your build and I try that. Now I have 28k DEF and 19k HP and not even full upgrade now I am sooo tanky. I have not die yet since I try your build, Thank you so much.

Ive been using her since the beginning and ya shes super strong her 4th can kill most hard bosses and even break fheir spheres in a single cast
Hang on a minute... Can you apply the Frostbite stat on your mods without the Ultimate Viessa augment? I was looking at mods last night and the only thing I saw that activated Frostbite was that one augment. So, unless I'm wrong, Frostbite is unavailable to normal Viessa and your build doesn't proc it?
Awesome build though, I am following it. I'm just looking for a different mod set with a buff I can use.

You have to try the clairvoyance with viessa.

Just got ult viessa she is definitely my new main plus I used to be a frost prime main.
She seems a lot better than bunny for bosses aswell more damage and more tanky
Great video, but would like to ask why technician? It doesnt really have any effect on any of her abilities. Only thing i can think of is ice needle maybe? i cant check how it scales because i dont have the mod. In general, you build "skill power" rather than "skill power modifier" on viessa, unless im missing something with ice needle.
Love the hyper endgame builds but maybe we could get some builds that are more realistic to achieve? Or include some builds to run while you're farming for these builds?

it IS her budget build. He utilizes mod meant for regular character you get from the start. And utilizes one of the easiest guns to build.
1 tip for knightmareframe, he doesnt do budget builds, even on his main game warframe he always shows off min maxed or in general high investment builds, just how his build videos are
@@metalviper1095 but in this case - it is budget or so called "f2p" build. In this game any effective endgame build demands at least 6-7 catalysts and maxed modules. And what he`s using - also works on regular Viessa. It`s still weaker, than modifying her second skill, but can be considered as cheap, if you compare it to Absolute zero builds or those, demanding maxxed out epic weapon.

What video settings do you use because my game doesn’t run smooth
can you use regular viessa? This guide is obsolete because only a few percent people have ult viessa.
I have my with the second skill modded for 20% less cool down. Plus my 76% modules cool down reduction. So I can keep 2 blizzards up at once and spam the first ability with no cool down.

isnt the red mod that inflicts frostbite a requirement for the compnents? meaning you cant play hypothermia? go read the other red mod to double check. but pretty sure you need abosulte zero red mod for the component set to work

I put a lot of effort into Ult Bunny so I want the next descendant I use to be good at what Bunny isn't. I think Viessa is an awesome pick, just weighing the decision between her (awesome) and Gley (kinda OP).

@@Counterfactual52 I ended up just picking gley because I want the achievement for 5 descendants and I already have viessa. I want to pick up blair eventually anyway and my playstyle will be very similar to viessa with him, massive burst build

So the running mod that reduces cooldowns by 10% is kinda useless at level 100? Seems like cost is to high,that sucks was planning a build with it but no o e seems to use it
what is the advantage of putting a catalyst on the shock punch slot..? if it increases the cap by 5 but its cost increases by 5 whats the point?
The sub module (shock punch) costs ZERO to put on, the more up upgrade it instead of increasing cost it gives you extra module capacity. Normally you get +10 once it’s fully leveled. If you put a catalyst on it if the same type (M) for shock punch, it gives you an extra 5 module capacity👍

Yea she is my favorite as well so far, I tried bunny but i find her having to run constantly in order to generate her power a bit lacking in some areas where you just don't have the room to do so and she's very squishy, Freyna is good but her problem is also that she's squishy despite her shield ability, maybe later on as i build her more she will be better? Viessa however, is great to play from the get go, pretty tanky of the bat, great abilities all around as well and just fun to play. Might not kill as fast as these others i tried but overall she's better imo than both of those
Could you spec into singular since it would increase the dmg to blizz + the passive dmg is singular as well? Seems like the dot dmg would be a lot higher with singular

Just a heads up, Hypothermia and the 4 set polar component don’t synergize. Since you’re no longer utilizing frostbite.
It doesn't work without either. Frostbite is the status effect of the weapons with chill atk - that's why only modules utilizing that are for the guns. Unless you're using Absolute Zero module.
What set would synergize with her ?
@@michelledombrowski1120 there's another set - "glacial". But most people use 2 items from polar and two from annihilator set to get power and cd boosts. Provides more utilization, than second bonus from any set.

Hmm i think you want skill power because chill slill power is added after the base skill power mod if i understand the math right ? Anyway thanks for all the videos
chill skill power is a skill power boost ratio specifically for chill, it ends up being multiplicative with your spell power and any other applicable skill power boost ratio stats.
@KnightmareFrame how many runs did you do to get the hypothermia? I have literally been doing nothing but the executioner hard for 2 days and it has not dropped for me.
