So pretty! I started doing Tour de Fleece this year, but I have a fairly large order for knitted socks to get done. I was feeling guilty for spending time spinning, and wasn't really enjoying what I was spinning. (This is meant to be fun, right?) So I've gone back to knitting socks. ❤ Tamantha
It is ment to be fun darling so if you want to knit socks for you tour you can it doesn't have to be spinning from what I've heard, it's all fiber crafts xx

I’m looking forward to the next instalment and hoping you’re taking cate of yourself… spinning yourself through 75% of that braid, editing etc is a lot of work. Thoroughly enjoying your content, and looking forward to seeing the end result of the plied yarn!

This yarn is so beautiful, it’s going to look wonderful when you’ve finished it. I’ll make you laugh, when your kids were making noise towards the end of the video, I thought it was my, lot and dashed out of the bedroom to see what was going on. All was quiet and still and then I realised it was the video.😂😂😂. I’m definitely not with it tonight.

So years ago I used to partake but I never really understand what the goal is with Tour de Fleece do you have to watch the race while spinning and see how much you can spin during the time it takes to finish the race? Or do you join a team on Ravelry and the team with the most meters at the end of the event wins?
You throw the rules out the window , make your own goals and spin to reach those goals in the set time. If you dont reach your goals in the set time, you shrug , congratulate yourself on what you did do. Wash it up , let it dry and most of all, squish the resulting yarn in joy.
