Can u put a damper on the smoke stack? And do u have a baffle from the firebox to the cook chamber?

Yes we can add a damper and we don’t baffles. All they do it put the hotspot further into the chamber.

The firebox is insulated, so it doesn’t get hot enough to burn the clear off. And the chamber will get hot enough to burn the clear off so it’s fine.
