They don't have the best pigment, but I like the consistency for layering and blending affects. This is one of my favs. Wait, I say that to them all. I can't keep up girl. I will do this this weekend. How do you keep the bristle brush from splaying out. I bought stock in your supplies I think (ha). But having trouble with it splaying. The round ones, I love ❤. Keep on keeping on.
Hi Cindy, So happy that you are digging all of my paintings! I love my bristle brushes, but they are not for everyone. They splay out more when they are brand new. As they age a little, the bristles will get shorter in length and splay out less. When they are new, if you are in a moment when you need them in control, what I do is put a good amount of paint on the brush and then squish it down on the side of my palette, this will bring the bristles together. I actually demonstrate it in this Campfire video at the 23:55 mark. I hope this helps. Have fun painting! ~Michelle

I love the paint, brushes etc. I just purchased the Rainbow of hope viewing even though I can't attend. One of my co workers at the hospital took his life last week so wanted to give. So don't sweat trying to get supplies for me by Friday. But I will use to paint this. I will hang in our outpatient area. Keep on doing what you're doing. And it's not great, but I finished the rhino. Thanks for what you do for all of us. You are sort of a mental health worker. Thanks again. 😊

Hi Gwen, Without seeing your painting, I can't really give you good advice on painting with, or without the black. I am using black in the painting, but a very small amount in the sky and water. If it is too much for you, than just back off of it a little bit, or layer another color on top of it. I hope this helps. Have fun painting! ~Michelle

I have tried the clouds 3 times and every time I ruin the painting…I’m thinking they need to go bye bye….so I have done it all except the fire….sorry but the clouds got me….don’t know why as I have done clouds before,…thank you for very good instruction….it’s a participant problem😜😜

When you use your blow dryer, do you use the cool setting?

How do you get the paint to glide so easily across the canvas? My acrylic sticks and shows every brush stroke
