Starlight is your friend... if nothing else then use the lantern. How do you get onto the ledge where the sorcerer was standing @3:07? I looked everywhere and checked for illusory walls and there's nothing.
Just found out on level 2. There’s a drop down spot kinda like the first level above it. In the big open room there’s a ledge to land on in the big pit
