We're back with another Gym tour this time with Rob Thurston an IFBB PRO and the owner of Premier Gym located in Leicester.
We met Rob back in August 2023 at a powerlifting competition in Nottingham our home town and found out he's a gym owner so straight you know what Gym Travels do best.
Fast forward to March 2024 we finally had the opportunity to get a gym tour from the main man himself, follow along as the story unfolds about the origins of Premier Gym and see the thought process behind how the gym came to be.
