Happy Thanksgiving ladies… you really need to see the magic live to see the Brilliance of them.. So check out from 1997 Montruex Jazz Festival Tarkus/ Pictures at an Exhibition or even Hoedown.. ❤️✌🏼 from California
Brain Salad Surgery remains the gold standard of prog rock IMO. No matter how many times I hear it, "No man yields who flies in my ship" hits all the dopamine receptors.
Karn Evil 3rd Impression It actually fits in quite well as the grand finale when you do the whole song at once. Fans loved it live as they had quadraphonic sound 2 speakers or channels in front and 2 behind you for surround sound. The sound at the end went all around the venue. There is only one live version with video and that is from the Jam.
Hello Emerson Lake And Palmer | Karn Evil Is a song in 3 impressions about a dystopian future. You have heard it all now except for the 2nd Impression which does not have lyrics. It is just incredible piano and drums with a touch of Caribbean type steel drums played on a keyboard by Keith. During the 60's there were movies and shows concerned about computers and AI.
You need to react to ANYTHING from "A Perfect Circle." I would suggest "Judith" "Magdalena" "Weak and powerless" or "When the Levy Breaks(live at red rocks)" Judith is INTENSE, so I don't know what you will think of that. Wehn the levy breaks is one you will probably like.
Ladies I really like your reactions I lke the joy you show, but i posted earlier on this but like before my comments have vanished on some of the poor music you have to react to. Is criticism not aloud ? The greatest music is from the late 60's to the late 70's bands like Cold play etc are bland and dull but you get requested constantly. ELP are one the most iconic bands from that time. Will this post vanish also ?
I also saw them twice--on the BSS tour. AWESOME.
What a trip! Thanks for playing this one. I like much of their stuff. And I enjoy visiting your channel for your reactions. I think you're fine folk.
Thanks you two. I saw this band whenever possible in the 1970$

I was privileged to see them live twice . Awesome shows !
I do regret having found them far too late to see them live....

I got tickets to see them for a graduation present.
Got to see them at The August Jam Concord North Carolina

Listen to “Pirates” when you can. Live version is great on “Works” album.
Play some Robert Palmer when he went out on his own like, Bad Case of Loving You, Addicted to Love or Simply Irresistible
What??????
Robert Palmer wasn't part of Emerson, Lake and Palmer. It was Carl Palmer.
@@malcolmsleight9334 what a knob end. Thank Christ for peoples like you
Carl Palmer was a member of Asia.
@@oldmanghost219 That was after Emerson, Lake and Palmer.

Hi
Saw them live like many other subscribers in the early 70s @ Manchesters Gardrock venue
Suggest Greg Lake solo/Xmas single next team. enjoy
Well done for holding the fort, not my cup of tea, a bit far out, as my dad would have said, what's that noise, good job girls
