Hello sir, what materials you used to join all the parts together.
Are they soldering wick and what those jelly type thing you used before applying heat torch ?
I reckon, you shoulda used the live center when first cutting the brass down! Would have had a nicer finish off the bat!

New cap for the bottom with o ring seal, that's easy , take a look at a Douglas Field lighter etc. I have BIG hands, and all the peanut lighters are fidgety to operate. So yeah bigger is always better

Hello, what kind of cutters do you use on a lathe ???
I use carbide and HSS cutters. Depending on the type of material, the shape of the cut and the geometry.
How many hours/days from start to finish?
I think it take 20 hours
what is that blue water sir? cooper sulfat??
