Great video, but the last part is wrong. K doesn't equal 2, I tried to put it in s^4+7s^3+14s^2+(8+k)*s+3*k=0 and one of roots were 0.737j and the other -0.737j which is incorrect for this system. There is two answers for K one is 9.646 and the other is -74.65, the correct one is 9.646 and if you put this in: s^4+7s^3+14s^2+(8+9.646)*s+3*9.646=0, you get the points 1.588j and -1.588j which are the correct points where the system becomes unstable. I used Matlab to check my claims, and its like that :D
