Watching you has helped me grow a lot with recovering from my eating disorder. I’ve been binge eating for the past 5 years and I’m 15 and overweight. You’ve helped inspire me to heal my relationship with food and go to the gym. Keep on going ❤️
Please know that the binges are caused by restricting food in between the binges. So the best thing to do is what Sierra is doing: exercise, a healthy diet, and some fun foods too. ❤
@@lynncrf yeah I was super restrictive with food and then when I started having no rules with food I realized it helped my eating habits way more
I had an eating disorder and watching her has helped me heal a lot and it’s not just me it’s a lot of people watching and little big it doesn’t matter I’m 10 and I had an eating disorder when I was three watching her has helped

I love this series. I also love that you can identify with a famous person on such a personal level. I also love that you shared the deodorant scent. I just got the Tree Hut Pumpkin Spice Latte shower gel. It smells just like a Starbucks PSL. If you like that scent I would recommend getting a bottle to try. I found it at Target, but I am pretty sure it is available at most retail stores that sell Tree Hut. Just keep on shining brightly, Sierra Ann!
