Oh my goodness! I love this new savings you taught me. By getting price adjustments from Aug 20 to Sept 21 I was credited $18.90! I saw the $100.00 but I was too busy to shop, then when I went back at a later date I didn’t see anything about that also I shopped by randomly scrolling. When I saw something I like I purchased it. It wasn't $100 off the first order. It's 30% off the first order placed within 24 hrs of downloading the app. And a coupon BUNDLE adding up to $100 for future purchases. But all coupons expire, so if you don't shop while they are valid, you lose them.

It's worth mentioning that here in England, the credit adjustments are a little harder to find because it doesn't give us the drop-down box option like it used to. @awatifti You have to click on the You tab on the bottom of the screen, then click on customer support on the list of options. This will bring up all your orders, click on each order, and there will be an option there for price adjustment if there is one available. Click on this as you would have done as usual and go from there. I hope I've made sense to you as my grammar is not the best. Take care 🙂 x

Hello Jenn. Your broken or missing items are easily handled. Go to the order for each item. Click on return/refund and then select the item in question. Choose the reason e.g. broken item and add a pic. Submit that and temu will give you an immediate answer. For the missing item follow the same steps with the reason not received. Let me know if you continue to have a struggle. I'll be covering this topic in my next video. 🙃
Hey Connie, I’ve been watching your oh yeah three pot videos on the engine out about Temu. The one thing that no one really ever says is that that 50% off coupon is only good for the first hour after you download the app so if you wait an hour and 15 minutes you do not get that 50% off Hass to be within the first hour, OK that was just my little say on things other than that I actually really enjoy your videos

Dang it! I found this video too late! I did not find the Price Adjustment tab for my orders :-( I'm learning a lot from your videos, thank you for sharing your tips and tricks to help us be better shoppers.
The tab has since moved. Click on your orders, go to items, then scroll down to where you see refund/buy again. You will either find the price adjustment tab listed there, or you'll see 3 dots on the left. Click on the dots and price adjustment should pop up! TFW ✌✌💖💖🤗🤗

You can also use the spin the box game to lower the price on items you've bought then price adjust to get credit. Then change the item to something else you bought and price adjust again. Ive made all my items the lowest price this way.
Hi Connie, I’m so happy that I found your page because I just love all the items that you pick in review and your tips and tricks are awesome. I’ve been following your tips and tricks number two about price adjustments and I have a big question because somethings not coming out the way you described in your video and I’m wondering if I’m doing something wrong. I went to the price adjustments and I had some to do exit done to do the price adjustment and it wouldn’t let me do anything but put it back on my original credit card. I was really wanting my credits to go back to my Temu account as credit. I’m not sure why it’s only letting me take it back to the original credit card and I did some customer support and they over and over and over said this doesn’t qualify for a price adjustment. They wouldn’t listen to what I was actually saying. So how do I get it to go back to my Temu account as a credit instead of going back to the credit card. I can send you screenshots or something like that if you want but I could really use some help figuring this one out.
This happens often if you are not a USA resident. May I ask where you are? Typically, REFUNDS will go back to your payment source, some countries allow choices for where your CREDIT/price adjustments go to, and others do not. Refunds & credits are not the same. Hope this helps a little.

I also notice they offer me their App on my cell. I do not use my cell for shopping, only my pc. Do I miss on a lot of extra because of this. So far I have not used any coupons. Thank you for all info.
Without the app, you are missing out on a large number of credits, options for getting free items and a ton of coupons - not to mention the daily boxes! By all means, download the pp to your phone. Use the link above in the description box. Part III of my T&T series will be covering credits. TFW
FYI I don't use my phone for shopping either. But I use it to check for price adjustments, get credits, get daily boxes and play the games/get freebies!
Once you claim a price adjustment, that order will not have any more at that time, so there is no need to go back. The 'request a price adjustment" bar will disappear. Go on to the next order and check for PA's there. The next day, check your orders again to see if there are any more PA's. Hope this clears it up for you! TFW
Team has been getting kind of sneaky lately, not only have my coupons been reduced to $10 instead of $15 off on a $40 order!, but they have hidden the price adjustment buttons. Took me days to stumble across it again!
HI! TEMU does make changes from time to time, especially for non-USA areas. I've heard that in the UK, the price adjustment bar is not so easy to locate. Happy shopping and TFW !
Everyone can get PA's. Try going to customer service, your orders, order details and see if the bar for Request a Price Adjustment is there. Each country is a little different. TFW🤗

Thank you for all this info, I have a question about the influencer program, I recently gotten approved and got my goodies for the campaign I chose but I was wondering how do I find out bout the date my reviews are due by and I was needing to know how do I spend ,y left over seedling balance? ❤
TEMU expects that you would do your sponsored review within about a week. It's not written in stone, but courteous to do so. Your remaining seeding balance, if over $30, can be spent in any other campaign you chose. You can do as many campaigns as you like - however . . . keep an eye on the end date of the campaign to be sure you get your review completed in time! Also, be sure your thumbnail states SPONSORED somewhere, and in your video, you must thank temu for sponsoring that haul. Follow their guidelines for entering info in the description box. Lack of these things could get your video denied. YOU GOT THIS!

It doesn't give me any choices like you've explained but I've been a customer since I found their site in January 2023. I love their items & most especially the prices. Hi, I tried customer support to answer my question, but couldn’t get past their bot. Hopefully I can make it clear to you what I’m confused about. I’m not sure what the orange box beside each price means. For instance, if the price is 8.99 and the box has -56% in it, does that mean that there is a 56% off the 8.99 or is that off the original price? Hopefully this makes sense to you. Hope you can clear this up. Linda
Great question! What you are seeing means the price shown has been reduced by that %. It's showing you how much less you're paying. So, in your example, the original price was 56% higher than the current price of $8.99. They show you how much they've discounted that item 😀 You'll only pay $8.99 vs a higher price. Does this help clarify?

If the vendor does multiple adjustments, they will show up at different times. Each time you request a PA, it is only for that date and time you do it. So yes, each one is separate. That speaks to the importance of checking daily! There may never be a PA on an item, there may be only one, or there may be multiples. It's all up to the vendor as to if/when he chooses to reduce prices. Great question! TFW

Hi Konnee when I go to my orders the price adjustment bar is not showing. Also when I’ve typed in Bulksale7 it doesn’t come up with all items under the amount you stated. Why is this.
If the price adjustment bar is not showing, it means none of the items in that order had a price drop. That's actually good news because it means you already have the lowest price! Bulksale7 is for new users only.
Hello! If you don't do apps, you will not be able to get all the discounts Temu offers. Games, credit programs etc are all designed for phone apps. You can get most coupons on your computer simply by going to promotions within your account. You can also still get lightening deals, sales, price adjustments while on your computer.

This video was so informative… Some things I knew but I did not know about splitting your credits and I also knew about the daily box that gives you two cents every time you click it but I did not know about the checkin box that also gives you two cents….where is that check-in box at?
Hi! To use the credit, just shop! Once your total reaches $10, you'll get free shipping and can use any amount, or none of your credit. It won't expire so take your time and shop wisely!

I don’t know if you covered it but that five dollar price adjustment if you don’t receive your order after so many days. Does that start the day you order it or does that start the day it was shipped.?
May I ask if you live in the US? It's different in other countries. The screen shot I displayed has a clear comment on it, that adjustments can only be added to account. Several international viewers have indicated the same as you have. TFW
No. Vendors decide when to give price adjustments. Some may do none in the 30-day period, others may do several during the 30 days. Check your orders at least once a day to see if any have been offered and claim them when they show up. As PA's show up randomly per vendor, I tend to check twice a day - especially on those orders about to hit the 30-day mark. I always check before placing an order, because a PA will give me credit towards my new order.

Yesterday I was up to $6.25 in credits, then today they have some Dart throwing game & the credits went down to $.25. Any advice?? I'm also trying to play both Fishland & Farmland & I'm so close. Avoid playing any other games than Fishland or farmland! As you discovered, some games use your credits with no guarantee you'll win! Contact customer service. Tell the bot "Live person." Then tell the bot "Deceptive information" when it asks you for what the issue is. Next, keep typing "live person' until the bot connects you one. Then you can tell them the 'dart game did not CLEARLY indicate it would use my credits. This was misleading/deceptive information and I want my credits back". Do not take no for an answer! If the 1st rep you chat with says no, type "escalate this please". They will return your credits. Now, as far as the games go, do NOT make a purchase just to get food/water! That's exactly how TEMU gets you to spend unnecessarily. Go to my Community blog post Calling All Gamers. Grab as many codes from my family and post yours too. This will increase your daily food/water as each of us play. Remember, BE PATIENT! You will win! Above the pic in the games that shows your prizes, it tells you how many days you have to win. Trust me when I say you will never run out because Temu wants to trick you into spending! Hope all this helps! TFW

Hello! You won't have a referral code unless you apply for the affiliate program. Either game is winnable without referring friends. I've won twice on Farmland and once on Fishland without ever referring a friend. You will get more coupons as you place orders. You can also go to contact customer service and type in 'expired coupon" - they will reissue one coupon for you to use. Did I cover everything? LOL TFW !
There are a few ways to get coupons. Temu will text them to you after you place an order, you can get them when you check in or do the daily gift boxes, or you can be given them at random while browsing etc.
Hello ! I do not make anything from TEMU. What I do, I do simply to share great, affordable products, and because I enjoy it! TEMU is the best thing since sliced bread! I and all other shoppers are all eligible for free items daily - info on that coming in my next video!

Contact customer service. Your limitation may have something to do with your location or payment source. It should always offer you credits or payment source as a means of refund.
I sent in my 2nd order last week. In July I placed an order and later learned about the price adjustment request, luckily in time. It was $7.25 which i was thrilled about on a $163.00 order. They refunded the $7.25 through my bank account, not a credit to my Temu account. When you said you will only get credits to use on a later purchase, is it something new?
A refund has the option of going back to your payment source. A price adjustment, for USA shoppers does not. If you look at the screen shot, there is a sentence that states it can only go to credit on the account. I'm finding that some shoppers confuse the terms refund vs price adjustment. And others have different process based on their country of residence. TFW 🤗
Also, if your order was in July, your 30 days would have been August. It's possible, as a courtesy, because you were beyond the 30 days, they refunded you.
Problem. Once I press price adjustment and submit and receive the adjustment, and go back next time, there is no way to request a second adjustment. Am I doing something wrong?

I am not given an option to credit my account. Only to credit my pay source (bank account). I am in the USA. I don't want to get penny deposits back into my account, but don't know how to get it in my credit account. I checked my credits and it's 0.00. But I can't find where to change it now.

I checked my most recent order where so fat there's only one item for .01 cents but the only option I'm given is my pay source (bank account). The tab has since moved. Click on your orders, go to items, then scroll down to where you see refund/buy again. You will either find the price adjustment tab listed there, or you'll see 3 dots on the left. Click on the dots and price adjustment should pop up! TFW ✌✌💖💖🤗🤗

You can also use the spin the box game to lower the price on items you've bought then price adjust to get credit. Then change the item to something else you bought and price adjust again. Ive made all my items the lowest price this way.

Hi Connie, I’m so happy that I found your page because I just love all the items that you pick in review and your tips and tricks are awesome. I’ve been following your tips and tricks number two about price adjustments and I have a big question because somethings not coming out the way you described in your video and I’m wondering if I’m doing something wrong. I went to the price adjustments and I had some to do exit done to do the price adjustment and it wouldn’t let me do anything but put it back on my original credit card. I was really wanting my credits to go back to my Temu account as credit. I’m not sure why it’s only letting me take it back to the original credit card and I did some customer support and they over and over and over said this doesn’t qualify for a price adjustment. They wouldn’t listen to what I was actually saying. So how do I get it to go back to my Temu account as a credit instead of going back to the credit card. I can send you screenshots or something like that if you want but I could really use some help figuring this one out.
This happens often if you are not a USA resident. May I ask where you are? Typically, REFUNDS will go back to your payment source, some countries allow choices for where your CREDIT/price adjustments go to, and others do not. Refunds & credits are not the same. Hope this helps a little.

Once you claim a price adjustment, that order will not have any more at that time, so there is no need to go back. The 'request a price adjustment" bar will disappear. Go on to the next order and check for PA's there. The next day, check your orders again to see if there are any more PA's. Hope this clears it up for you! TFW
Team has been getting kind of sneaky lately, not only have my coupons been reduced to $10 instead of $15 off on a $40 order!, but they have hidden the price adjustment buttons. Took me days to stumble across it again!
HI! TEMU does make changes from time to time, especially for non-USA areas. I've heard that in the UK, the price adjustment bar is not so easy to locate. Happy shopping and TFW !

Thank you for all this info, I have a question about the influencer program, I recently gotten approved and got my goodies for the campaign I chose but I was wondering how do I find out bout the date my reviews are due by and I was needing to know how do I spend ,y left over seedling balance? ❤
TEMU expects that you would do your sponsored review within about a week. It's not written in stone, but courteous to do so. Your remaining seeding balance, if over $30, can be spent in any other campaign you chose. You can do as many campaigns as you like - however . . . keep an eye on the end date of the campaign to be sure you get your review completed in time! Also, be sure your thumbnail states SPONSORED somewhere, and in your video, you must thank temu for sponsoring that haul. Follow their guidelines for entering info in the description box. Lack of these things could get your video denied. YOU GOT THIS!

It doesn't give me any choices like you've explained but I've been a customer since I found their site in January 2023. I love their items & most especially the prices. Hi, I tried customer support to answer my question, but couldn’t get past their bot. Hopefully I can make it clear to you what I’m confused about. I’m not sure what the orange box beside each price means. For instance, if the price is 8.99 and the box has -56% in it, does that mean that there is a 56% off the 8.99 or is that off the original price? Hopefully this makes sense to you. Great question! What you are seeing means the price shown has been reduced by that %. It's showing you how much less you're paying. So, in your example, the original price was 56% higher than the current price of $8.99. They show you how much they've discounted that item 😀 You'll only pay $8.99 vs a higher price. Does this help clarify?

Another great video, you are so helpful! For multiple adjustments on the same item, is it necessary to request each adjustment separately?
If the vendor does multiple adjustments, they will show up at different times. Each time you request a PA, it is only for that date and time you do it. So yes, each one is separate. That speaks to the importance of checking daily! There may never be a PA on an item, there may be only one, or there may be multiples. It's all up to the vendor as to if/when he chooses to reduce prices. Great question! TFW

There is no code for the gift boxes. Temu determines if or when to offer gift boxes as a reward for shopping.

Hi Konnee when I go to my orders the price adjustment bar is not showing. Also when I’ve typed in Bulksale7 it doesn’t come up with all items under the amount you stated. Why is this.
I had the same experience with the sale code. I wonder if they disabled it.
If the price adjustment bar is not showing, it means none of the items in that order had a price drop. That's actually good news because it means you already have the lowest price! Bulksale7 is for new users only.

Hello! If you don't do apps, you will not be able to get all the discounts Temu offers. Games, credit programs etc are all designed for phone apps. You can get most coupons on your computer simply by going to promotions within your account. You can also still get lightening deals, sales, price adjustments while on your computer.

I don’t know if you covered it but that five dollar price adjustment if you don’t receive your order after so many days. Does that start the day you order it or does that start the day it was shipped.?
Neither. When you order, they give you a deliver-by date. If your delivery is past the latest date they note, you get $5

May I ask if you live in the US? It's different in other countries. The screen shot I displayed has a clear comment on it, that adjustments can only be added to account. Several international viewers have indicated the same as you have. TFW

Am I understanding correctly, I should hit price adjustment twice a day on each order? (30 days out only)
No. Vendors decide when to give price adjustments. Some may do none in the 30-day period, others may do several during the 30 days. Check your orders at least once a day to see if any have been offered and claim them when they show up. As PA's show up randomly per vendor, I tend to check twice a day - especially on those orders about to hit the 30-day mark. I always check before placing an order, because a PA will give me credit towards my new order.

Yesterday I was up to $6.25 in credits, then today they have some Dart throwing game & the credits went down to $.25. Any advice?? I'm also trying to play both Fishland & Farmland & I'm so close. Avoid playing any other games than Fishland or farmland! As you discovered, some games use your credits with no guarantee you'll win! Contact customer service. Tell the bot "Live person." Then tell the bot "Deceptive information" when it asks you for what the issue is. Next, keep typing "live person' until the bot connects you one. Then you can tell them the 'dart game did not CLEARLY indicate it would use my credits. This was misleading/deceptive information and I want my credits back". Do not take no for an answer! If the 1st rep you chat with says no, type "escalate this please". They will return your credits. Now, as far as the games go, do NOT make a purchase just to get food/water! That's exactly how TEMU gets you to spend unnecessarily. Go to my Community blog post Calling All Gamers. Grab as many codes from my family and post yours too. This will increase your daily food/water as each of us play. Remember, BE PATIENT! You will win! Above the pic in the games that shows your prizes, it tells you how many days you have to win. Trust me when I say you will never run out because Temu wants to trick you into spending! Hope all this helps! TFW

Hello! You won't have a referral code unless you apply for the affiliate program. Either game is winnable without referring friends. I've won twice on Farmland and once on Fishland without ever referring a friend. You will get more coupons as you place orders. You can also go to contact customer service and type in 'expired coupon" - they will reissue one coupon for you to use. Did I cover everything? LOL TFW !

There are a few ways to get coupons. Temu will text them to you after you place an order, you can get them when you check in or do the daily gift boxes, or you can be given them at random while browsing etc.

Contact customer service. Your limitation may have something to do with your location or payment source. It should always offer you credits or payment source as a means of refund.

I sent in my 2nd order last week. In July I placed an order and later learned about the price adjustment request, luckily in time. It was $7.25 which i was thrilled about on a $163.00 order. They refunded the $7.25 through my bank account, not a credit to my Temu account. When you said you will only get credits to use on a later purchase, is it something new?
A refund has the option of going back to your payment source. A price adjustment, for USA shoppers does not. If you look at the screen shot, there is a sentence that states it can only go to credit on the account. I'm finding that some shoppers confuse the terms refund vs price adjustment. And others have different process based on their country of residence. TFW 🤗
Also, if your order was in July, your 30 days would have been August. It's possible, as a courtesy, because you were beyond the 30 days, they refunded you.
Problem.
Once I press price adjustment and submit and receive the adjustment, and go back next time, there is no way to request a second adjustment.
