After years of decluttering, I think I'll stay away from TEMU the temptation would be too great and I'd start filling up all the areas I just emptied. 😁

@@denisecarter5117 I feel the same way. I'm just trying to be careful and get things that I really feel will make my life easier. So far I've ordered only once and most items are really useful for me. A few I have been a little disappointed in, but it was mostly my fault as I didn't pay enough attention to the descriptions.

@@pamwood3956 I have bought a lot, but it's things I've been wanting and needing for a long time. I have donated so much kitchen stuff already, but now I can donate more and recycle the multi sized jars I've been storing dry food in because of pantry moths... Hate those devils, but now I have lots of cannisters instead. I'll get rid of plates, lots of stuff. Everything will have a home. I can't wait to reorganize my already organized kitchen. Can't wait to get into the drawers! But very soon I will never need another thing in my life. Temu is too good!

Great Video. You did an excellent job reviewing the products you purchased from Temu. Straight into the products and not drifting on to other tangents, which I appreciated so much, as it is all about the products to help people make good choices. Some reviewers drag out the demonstrations by sharing personal info which makes me get bored very quickly. I truly think this is one of the better Temu review sites. Thank you and I see a couple of things I am interested into purchasing. My favourite item was actually the rotary polisher. I would like it to clean my oven racks as I have arthritis in my hands. Thanks again and have a great day!

I have rhe stove gap strips. Bought from Wish years ago. I have an electric stove so the burners don't have the gas burner bars close to the edge so I put the longer side of the strip on the stove. I put the strips in the dishwasher with the dishes. Yes, my counter is higher than my stove but the strips are very soft silicone and lay down flat.

Sophia, thanks for the video. Your stove burners do with brilli. Soak then then use a paste of dawn, vinegar and water. The labels you can get at DT. The dusters you can get from HSN, the really good ones. You can use the brush with water for your bathroom. The tiles will be very shiny. The piece for the counter/ stoVe, cut and use on stove and side of counter. At least it will prevent stuff to fall through and adhered to wall of counter,/ stove. the angry mama should have a mixture of water, vinegar and dawn. Try it again.dollar Tree has long gloves too. You will live the knife holder. I got one and I love it. The duster for your corn iced is really for cobwebs. Will await for clothes/jewels haul. The screen cleaner is great. Hope everyone is well. God bless..

I have several of these items in my home. LOVE Temu. I have the black gap thingy for my stove. It works perfectly for me. Same height. I have no trouble with dirt getting under there. The black one seems to be sturdier than the clear one you're showing. Less like silicone and more like plastic. Very grippy and doesn't slide. My spray cleaner doesn't get under there at all. I love it. I have that angry mom microwave steamer too, and the fluffy extendable duster. They work great! I am so excited for your clothing haul. I have a bunch of t-shirts from Temu but the material sucks. They say not to dry them and of course, I do. Ain't nobody got time to hand dry a $5 shirt.

  • @badgirl44654

You can rinse with the bucket washer. Drain wash water out. Fill up with fresh water. Make sure you plug the drain. Wash again for 5-15 minutes. Pull drain and drain water. Remove clothes put basket in, “wash” but no water in the bucket. Drain water. Hang items to dry. I think it would be fantastic for cloth pads or baby wipes, delicates- panties bras socks, swimsuits. Hand wash only items. Reusable makeup rounds. I just think the instructions are lacking.

Does your stove have adjustable screw in feet? If it does that could level it with the counter. I had to do this for my stove. I have a black stove with fake granite countertops and the black looks fine. I ordered silicone gap covers from Amazon which come in different lengths. I've had them for almost 3 years and like them. I remove them when cleaning to clean under and clean them. It only takes a few seconds. Much better than pulling out the stove to clean between and behind.

Hi Sophia! Great video! Be VERY careful using pumice - even wet - on your black enamel. For me, pumice got rid of the baked on food, but also left a maze of scratches. What has worked for me is oven cleaner. You carefully spray it on your stovetop and manipulate it to coat near the burners where that old baked on stuff is. Leave it on for the time recommended on the product you use. I used to use Zep oven cleaner but it was too toxic and the smell was very strong. But it worked great! Once I got the oldest gunk off, I am ocd about cleaning the stovetop after dinner before it can accumulate. My girlfriend uses Easy Off Oven Cleaner and said it works great - no scratching. Always test a small area with any product before you go for it. Another great product to use to keep up after you get the gunk off is Dr Bronner's Sal Suds. It is a great degreaser and all around cleaner - non toxic.

I'm finding your Temu hauls quite interesting. Some of their ads pop up with quite intriguing items, but I'm still not sure. They (and their prices) seem too good to be true. I keep waiting for them to reveal the catch.

I think the main ‘catch’ is the products being made in communist china, the questionable quality, and what all information they may have access to when you get the app.

You know, there are a lot of people who are glad they can access these items for a fraction of the cost, not everyone can afford all American made products. Sure I d love to, but 80%+ of everything we already own, let s start we our phones, cars, tv, clothes, are made overseas. I see why people are upset, but when considering we already own a ton of stuff made from overseas...I can t see myself saying I won t buy a plastic spoon rest from them but being okay typing that same message with a phone entirely made overseas, driving to the store in a car made entirely overseas to go buy a pair of American brand shoes, also entirely made overseas. It s our own fault. We could manufacture all of this, but we don't.

Many people can only shop dollar general and temu. I don't diss anything for that reason. Not everyone can go to Target and throw 250 at decorative pillows and matching wall art.

I think you're doing the stove gap thing wrong. The longer edge goes between the stove and counter. It goes down the crack not sitting on top of both.

Check your stove to see if the feet are adjustable. My stove has feet that screw and it raises and lowers the stove.

Sophia, for the hard gunk on your stove, spray oven cleaner, cover with saran wrap so it doesn’t dry out, let sit for an hour, and it will loosen all the crud!

The scrubber you used on your stovetop will scratch when using the white head and green head. The yellow one should be fine. Also dishwashing liquid wont get the burnt bits off around the circle. Would need bar keepers friend cooktop for that.
