no secret to weight loss. Lose the bread, potatoes, sugar, honey, rice, pasta. Fast food. Cook from scratch with good low carb veggies and chicken/beef/pork. Your weight will fall off.
check out the carnivore diet.. fat melts off you.. I am down 79 pounds in just 7 months.. never hungry, no cravings.. no inflammation in my joints.. you will never regret it.. 63 here
I’m 64 and very overweight. When I was in my early thirties I lost over 100 pounds. Now I’m doing everything you suggested and after 4 months I’ve lost 2 pounds. In my experience weight never “falls off”. It’s the result of very hard work. Please be careful of the advice and commentary you offer others.

I am on it just over 7 months and I am down 80 pounds.. never hungry, no cravings and you can eat as much as you want. As long as it is an animal product.. I have done no exercise at all but I am active in my work.. 63 soon to be 64.

Can you really reduce this area as you age, I lost weight but the skin never improved. So now it just hangs, I’m too old to be bothered with plastic surgery.

I have the apron belly AND large bust 😥 so I'm paying close attention to the tips and tricks - thank you!! One thing for me is that I think I look great head-on in the mirror, but as soon as I turn sideways I look gigantic.
I'm sure you don't and people tend to look at you straight on when they're talking to you. If you ever feel conscious though just wear a longer layer and this will hide it from the side view x

Well, I was a little stylist and told her all the reasons why the top balanced the bottom and how it really accented her small waist. She decided to buy it. We ended up at the checkout together and I was telling her about you! And she pulled out her phone and typed in your website. Maybe one day we will both see her online here!
She looks so gorgeous! Your styling makes such a difference even though she is already beautiful. I need to know how to loose that much weight. She looks radiant and healthy. Hope she enjoys her trip here to the US. I love the way you dress in the UK. I'm tempted to move so I can feel more comfortable dressing. We dress way too casual here in the states at times. I miss looking dressed and polished, although I tend to be the most "dressed up" person everywhere I go here.

I tend to gather blue undertones in the form of fuschia to several shades of purple that look good on me but definitely don’t do anything for my 72 year old body. I don’t know why this came up on my feed but I’m glad it did. I have thankfully always dressed in the way she suggests having both a stomach apron AND a very large bust. I learned to do exactly what she does - where clothes that fit and try not to go larger on top to cover up my bust. I have to wear fitted tops and then a looser jacket or sweater (jumper) over it. Makes a huge difference. I forgot to mention how much I enjoyed this video. Melissa is very professional and very kind.

Oh my goodness. I just found your channel tonight and I am over the moon excited about it. I am in a very similar situation as Teresa. I also have just lost a lot of weight- 170 pounds. I have the apron front and am probably almost exactly her size now. This video helped me so much on what I am doing Right, and what I am doing Wrong. I can see now why some of my favorite outfits are my favorites. They followed the rules you talked about. I need to do better at not trying to hide my body, particularly by stomach, but everywhere really. Especially the top layer being shorter. But, man am I going to try, because Teresa looked FANTASTIC in every outfit. The dresses where some of my favorites. But literally everything made her look like a million bucks. She is a pretty lady anyway and you styled her beautifully. The jumpsuits looked great but I wouldn’t like to have to undress so much every time I have to use the lavatory. That slip skirt I would have never imagined would be flattering to an apple shape but that looked great on her, possibly my favorite of all. You really know what your doing. Most of those things seemed counterintuitive but were really flattering.
Thank you! That’s why I like to ‘show’ people rather than just ‘tell’ people as you’re very right, most of it goes against what you might think.
Shoulder pads are a must in every outfit. Reglan sleeves are hideous and make everyone looks huge.

@@serenity8876 thank you - it’s more about getting to a healthier weight for my height. I was in a bad accident years ago that left me with permanent mobility issues that contributed to my weight gain. It’s been more about changing my lifestyle and finding ways to be more active that work for me, as well as being more focussed on eating less processed foods. Small changes have resulted in gradual weight loss and increased health and fitness. I just wish I’d had the courage to make these changes a lot sooner.
This come so handy for me, im a pear shaped size 18-20 and now i also have an apron stomach that i didnt use to have, and i dont know how to dress for that, so thank you 😊 Regards from México

Hi Melissa I not only live your styling but your fun personality. You did your amazing styling on Theresa and you can tell she is transformed. I always see myself as larger than I am. I used to automatically go for an X-Large. Now , I go to the large and sometimes medium. I think because my sis and I are busty, we tended to buy larger, but as you know then shirts hang from the biggest part and create a tent effect. You have taught me soooo much sweet Melissa…You are a gift to those you style and for us at home who may just have to take your advice and learn from your great videos. ❤❤❤

It sales time! I looked at John lewis for the jumpsuit and all the recommended items it suggested were bits from the moomsift board. Where Theresa had the jumper over her shoulders, would you put it over the pink shirt or take the pink shirt off first? Also does Hannah have a particular set of straighteners she recommends? Just found your channel. And I am so enjoying this. I too have battled with weight up and down up and down. I lost 30 pounds and now I found them again unfortunately. So I just have to get my act together and try to fit back into the clothes I bought when I lost weight. I love your styling tips and I will try them on my 71 year old body.
