wow! what an experience, thank you for the video lofty!
Thank you
Your trip through customs was about 15-20mins faster than ours. We left Plymouth in bright sun, around the hottest day ever in the UK, arrived Santander in bright hot sun, by the time we'd reached the Picos it was cold and raining! I guess there is a reason it's called the green coast! 👍
Bloody hell, I thought it was the slowest we've ever had........worth it though
Recognise that area at the Starr definitely cornish roads 😉
Yes all Cornish till I cross the Tamar 😉 Thanks for watching...I'm editing the 2023 Spanish trip Episode one now.....Available Friday 5pm
@@theloftybiker3090 no probs mate just getting a few ideas as im planing a trip from falmouth around Spain up to norway..
I have a few questions about the bike. How was it loaded down? Was the front end light and what does the passenger say about the ride? From your perspective how does it handle? Whats it like in the rain? When you got of the boat you used some zip ties from a bmw rider was that for your bike?
Pre load set to full. Bike very stable and level. Passenger said the comfiest bike I've owned. Handle's ace like all modern tall tourers. Road Tech 01's solid in the rain. The cable tie were to re attach the Scottoiler feed to the chain on the underside of the swingarm, the sticky pad faied in the heat.
@@theloftybiker3090 thank you sir for your reply. I’ve had one chain driven bikes in I think 1986-1988. It’s probably why I never heard of them. I’ve ridden bikes for years and the riders just don’t talk about them. The ones I’ve had have all shaft or belt driven. Good new about the nc1100 it’s a bike I’m interested in. It looks like it can get the job don’t and is lighter than my hd ultra limited. Take care
What rack is that on your top box?
It's the Givi/Kappa one...very easy to fit
