Hello mga ka-kusina! Ito na po ang kasagutan sa madalas na katanungan ng karamihan. Ang exact measurements po ng ingredients ay makikita sa description box sa ilalim nitong video. Kung wala po kayong cream of tartar ay pwede po ang vinegar or lemon. Sa bawat 1/2 tsp ng cream of tartar ay 1 tsp of vinegar or lemon ang kailangan. Medium sized po ang llanera na gamit ko at 100 pesos po ang benta ko per tub. 6-8 pieces po ang pwede niyong magawa sa recipe na ito. Depende parin sa eggs na gagamitin niyo. I made this today and I loooove it! Though for the dry ingredients, I reduced the 1/2 cup sugar to 1/4 cup. And the yema frosting 1 big can of condensed milk to 1/2 medium can. Mine tasted sweet but definitely not too sweet! Thanks for this! The cake is also soft. Really recommend!

tried the recipe. I made one large cake out of the recipe. the yema spread was too much but I'm glad I have leftover to use as spread for plain bread. The recipe is really good. everyone loved it. this is my go-to when making yema cake from now on. thanks!

I love baking too. Yema frosting is ok Kasi depende din sa taste Ng to tao. For me, it should have added atleast half tsp of salt to break the sweetness. Para overall not too sweet Ang yema cake. Tama Lang po.

I tried it and masarap nga po! Kaso nahirapan po ako sa yema kasi namuo-muo yung cornstarch. Pero recommend! Yum!
Pwede po na alisin ang cornstarch at lutuin niyo ng longer time until mag thicken na ang yema sauce. 🙂
