First change the color of the shirt by using hue/saturation (mask the layer if necessary). Then do according to the video. After editing the type change the color of the shirt back to normal. Thank me now.

Why not converting the logo layer into a smart object? So that we can place any graphics into the smart layer without redoing the effects from first. Am i right?

Good tutorial but when I tried hitting Multiply (on a black shirt) my white design disappeared completely...How do you do this for a black shirt? Thanks!

I tried this with a dark shirt as well. I just omitted the multiply step and fooled with the opacity. It seemed to do the trick. Also, try playing with soft light and overlay blend modes.

Ok I put the graphic on the t-shirt and when I use multiply to bring the shadows through to make it look more realistic the graphic goes way too dark. It wasn't doing that before. I'm not sure what i did how can I fix that?

It's convinient if don't have budget for model but you need somehow to display the t-shirt on a e-store you just dowlnoad bunch of model photos and put the print on the them.. My case :D lol
