This was a whole new level of mockups for me. This was easy and educational. I learned so much. I especially liked at the end when you explained about the List you can make. Game changer!
Thank you so much for the kind words! I'm glad you enjoyed this tutorial and found it helpful. Be sure to check out the updated version that I created last year as well: ua-cam.com/video/eMKi-wX-msE/v-deo.html
BY FAR the best tutorial on the subject with a ton of extra beneficial info like layer comps - and it didn't take 30 minutes lol - thank you for sharing your time and knowledge
@@judsonsnell Thank you for the kind words! I'm glad you found it helpful and easy to follow along. Be sure to check out the updated version for this one as well: ua-cam.com/video/eMKi-wX-msE/v-deo.html
I've been creating mockups since MS Paint 1998 and now finally need to create realistic shit for one of my hoodie n tee businesses. This is the first video that actually explains how to do it quickly and effectively. Boookmarked straight into toolbar. BENDING THE KNEE, KISSING THE RING
This video has everything! I found more and more questions being answered as I kept watching. Will often refer to this video to help create mockups. Thank you very much!
+ShaMe Sacirbey - thank you so much for that comment! I am really glad you found this video before you gave up on tutorial videos. Your support means a lot to us and I hope you will help us to spread the word about our channel and videos.
+Bruno Di Corinto I would recommend adding a Levels or Curves Adjustment Layer to boost the contrast and make the shirt lighter if it is appearing grey. If the original shirt you are using is too dark you could also try to invert it before desaturating and boosting the contrast.
Thank you for watching! I'm glad you enjoyed the tutorial. To answer your question - yes, the same process can be applied to a hoodie. If you're looking for a realistic hoodie mockup I have one that is already set up and ready to go in my Gumroad shop: bit.ly/45M5QKk
Hey Thank you so much for the tutorial! I know you may not be able to answer as this video is a little older but I wanted to ask just in case: Is there a way to possibly make the design a little brighter/colorful after its all said and done and placed on the shirt? Because it seemed to dull the colors a little bit in this vid as well as when I tried it myself. The colors of the designs I have for my business are a major factor/selling point in most of my designs and when I tried it myself the colors kind of dulled as well and I would love to get them back to the vibrant way the were if possible :). Thank you in advance!
Thanks for this helpful video. I have a question. After applying the Displacement file Step. When I select the Back&White Copy1 layer and press Ctrl to activate selection (matching ant). In my case it don't activate. Even i went to Path panel and activated from there and tryed to change the color of T-shirt. My whole page selected the color. Could you please clear that doubt.?

UA-cam delivered. I thought this was going to be some really involved 3d mesh thing and it's about as easy as any other stock filter. Awesome.

Great tutorial! Is there a way to make the t shirt white after this? Solid color in white only made a dark grey t shirt for me. Thanks!
