Considering his well-paying job, house flipping business, owning multi-unit buildings (with up to 24 units), renting out condos, decades of stock investing, there should have been something left. Also, in his older video's on Overseas Contracting he tells us that an entry-level job in the field of IT in overseas contracting can earn around 100k a year, and with advanced IT skills up to 200k. On the other hand, he tells us that it took him 5 years of overseas contracting to pay off his debt of $60000. The whole story doesn't make much sense to me.

It’s worth taking into account that with inflation not being able to be controlled and the amount of money being printed by central banks, that the purchasing power of all fiat currencies particularly in the over indebted western countries is going backwards. Add to that the fact that USD is under threat and you have a recipe for all fiat currency investments including treasuries losing value. Just saying …… Have to keep an eye on the macro, the global financial system is changing its being digitized
I don't invest in crypto because it's ponzi scheme, no matter what "they" tell you. "They" being the people who bought into digital currencies and have a keen interest in recruiting others to continue purchasing these currencies.

@RetireandGo yer I've watched Tom Nash, I lost money in bitcoin, trying to navigate dividend stocks but it's daunting, building apartments here in the Philippines after major research, I've never gone wrong with real estate hope this isn't the first, real estate in dumaguete is booming, I have a fillipina partner
Nvidia brother.
Yes! And AMD
I’m in it long !!
I’m far from retirement at 25 but I hope to be able to start investing for my retirement. I have some knowledge on different investments, but as of now I just need to focus on accumulating the money lol
I’m glad to read this
You are preparing early
you said you were 60k in debt, but now live off of dividends. in my calculations wouldn't you need hundreds of thousands of dollars in dividend stock to actually make enough to live off of. how were you able to save up so much in what maybe 10 years?
Yes!!
It took 5 years to pay off debt too!
I took a job in Afghanistan for big money to rebuild my life
I was under rocket fire every week
I would fly by helicopter to different bases to repair IT equipment
That is how I did it
Crazy? Yes
But it was a code red situation :-)
Check out my old Middle East vids :-)
Fair enough, will do! Thanks

So with the house you were living in, the apartments you rented out, the houses you flipped, the stocks you were investing in for decades and the well-paying job in the IT sector you had, you managed to go completely broke and deep in debt?
@@thomasmarinovic1199from a previous video he explained he had a nasty divorce which left him in 60k debt.
@gedlyman1
Yes, I understand. But it still seems odd, normally in a divorce everything is split 50/50.
Why not GameStop?
Game over? 😂
Haha yes!
Give me AMD for the next 20 years
Happy Father's Day to you and all your subscribers.🪻
🌻Regarding real estate - Vanguard and Blackrock were just down in Buenos Aries last month.🌻 A blogger down there said they have bought a lot of real estate.🏡
🍀 When you say comment - not sure if you said if it's okay to comment about Healthy night life. Dancing - tango, salsa, all types of social dancing - must be lots there. Dancing is nice because, in Tango, for example, you can go by yourself - there's a community, or if you have a partner you can go. You can get all dressed up. Healthy fun.🎺🌼🎺
Thank you so much !
I enjoyed reading this :-)
isn't shisha just as bad or worse than alcohol?
It’s not good
It has nicotine
You need to be careful with too
Much
I have been flipping houses in Canada for 40 years, buy fixup and sell, in Canada we pay no tax on a property when we sell it as long as it is our principle residence, I was able to retire at age 49. stay away from bitcoin, and condos in Thailand!!!!!! Both horrible investments
Thank you for this information!
Nice job
You deserve a great retirement for hard work !
Give me a hut on beach. I’m good
I agree with you 100%

It’s worth taking into account that with inflation not being able to be controlled and the amount of money being printed by central banks, that the purchasing power of all fiat currencies particularly in the over indebted western countries is going backwards. Add to that the fact that USD is under threat and you have a recipe for all fiat currency investments including treasuries losing value. Just saying …… Have to keep an eye on the macro, the global financial system is changing its being digitized
Thank you for these thoughts !
shisha... lol
Get yo Shisha on!
Brb.b
:-)
I don't invest in crypto because it's ponzi scheme, no matter what "they" tell you.
"They" being the people who bought into digital currencies and have a keen interest
in recruiting others to continue purchasing these currencies.
Hey, I’m with ya!
