Tried it and it did work. The difference is minimal when looking at it in a mirror but you can feel the difference when you put on the shirt which I guess is where it matters.
Not sure if I see any difference.

I'm trying it with one of my t-shirts the design on it felt tightened where it's shunk almost bulging after it accidentally when in the tumbler dryer after washing machine for too long instead of drying rack. Saw several videos on different platforms using this method, checked the t shirt in the sink earlier and the design doesn't feel as tight so hoping that's a good sign hopefully when it's dry I will see results.
The conditioner wasn't even rinsed out??
It got bigger cause you got rid of most of the wrinkles
The after looks pressed. The before looks wrinkled, that's the only diff I see
