Come on man. Another leader who has to read where he’s at from a document / teleprompter. He needs to hire a speaker. who doesn’t have to read a script and can build a relationship with the attendee / viewer.

I was top talent at my last job but i was a threat to my new manager, keep in mind this was manager number 12 in just under 8 years, he was an egotist, its a shame it had to end that way.

How did you approach this with management? Say after #2-3 suggest different hiring method or sell your experience and ability to lead?

Q2: How are you using AI to enhance the interaction? Is it listening to the conversation and helping the receptionist answer questions?

I think he is saying how one keeps their employees instead of people quitting on them. Ramsey should take surveys. I wouldn't want to work in a company where everone knows eachother's spouse name. Rather, I prefer a company that is collaborative and innovative.

He basically said to keep employees, you have to love them like family and keep their heart and mind focused on the mission of the business. It helps to understand the message if you listen to hear it.

@@noneoneandsomehitwonders4076I respect your interpretation, but I interpret what was said differently. I want to assure you I have a great respect for him where I shared his other video with my colleagues. However, when I listen to any teachers, leaders or speakers including Ramsey, I evaluate the accuracy of the content. Ramsey is a good leader. If he were a great leader, he would consider how his speech could be interpreted by listeners. Probably, his employees are all Christians with similar outlook in life. I am a Christian who differs on his way of running his business. I am suspecting that his company probably lacks diversity. People who don't fit the herd leave, and people who fit the herd stay feeling like the part of a 'family'. Therefore, if any one member abuses other member, the abuser is hushed up being protected since they are all 'family'. There is the danger of making a company like a 'family'. In the Bible Ecclesiastes 3, it is stated that there is a time and a place. For me, I rather work in a professional environment where my colleagues respect eachother's boundaries and show great work ethics.

Some people don't want their colleagues to be so invasive into their personal space which is vulnerable when everyone is like a family. Personalities are bound to clash while successful business encourages diversity.

I agree. Work is for work, employers should have boundaries when it comes to their employees personal lives.
