You are truly the greatest thing on UA-cam for the underdog!! Question, when a corporation finally decides to engage outside employment council does that mean they’re taking a charge seriously? They do have arbitration on their side and my attorney has yet to receive any kind of settlement offer (their 60 days expires on May 1) then we go to forced arbitration.

I think the thing that stuck out most was that “it appears” as though they didn’t take the charges seriously until I changed attorneys. Within a week of receiving a new demand letter the corporation had outside council reach out to my attorney. Now they have 13 days before we initiate the arbitration process. Chargers were discrimatory release followed by not allowing me to be rehired (retaliation) after one of their leaders reached out to ask me to come back in another capacity. Also, does defending council look into the reputation of the employees council?

What's the average time frame that employers have to respond to the letter?

My supervisor fired me for not coming back to work even tho i still had covid and i could barely walk and had a fever. He wanted me to come back to work on my 2nd day with covid and it was on the weekend which we donot work weekends and he kept harassing me with calls and texts. I had my meeting with the EEOC and they said it was illegal to fire me for having covid and not coming back to work so i wouldn't infect anyone. They sent me my right to sue letter. So how much can i sue for back pay pain and suffering etc

thank you for this very informative video! my attorney emailed the defendants last week with 7 days to respond. they haven’t responded yet and i’m kind of nervous as to whats next. i was let go two weeks after filing an HR report, no verbal or written warning, no severance package or letter of termination. i don’t think they can avoid the inevitable consequences for long but what should i expect moving forward?

Sam is doing a great job, Vince ! Kinda quiet and work focused. She replies very fast but doesn't talk much 😂. She's mellow, tell her to take some G-Fuel. Overall she's pretty smart and I like working with her
