Who is WPX for?
- If you are a blogger, small business owner, or solo entrepreneur that wants to upgrade from regular & popular shared hosting providers to something that is exceptionally fast in page load times & enjoy 30-second support chat response times.
- If you are not an enterprise-level company and considering Kinsta/WPengine - WPX is probably a much better value, faster in terms of page load times and it has all the things you need for your WordPress website (inc. Emails) + free migrations & malware removal!

You have answered everything I need to know about this host. I'm impressed with their offering, and they have some unique selling points. The peace of mind that malware removal offers alone is enough for me. Now that Cloudways has gone downhill ever since Digital Ocean took over, would you recommend these guys for a new Woocommerce store getting around 1K visitors a month? If not, give me decent managed cloud hosting alternatives, please.

Yes, it can as well. Though you'll need to be using WordPress + WooCommerce to create your ecommerce store.
