Masterpiece. One of the best thing about this is that they didn't really change Sherlock's core story but built something completely unique and amazing around it. Implying that Moriarty was actually an anti hero but he didn’t let Sherlock figure it out and made him people's hero.

In my opinion the Manga is a little bit better because there are some parts in the anime that you cant take serious (like "catch me if you can Sherlock" ) but nevertheless the anime is still a masterpiece.
