Kawasaki is an insult to India. Kawasaki said Indians cannot handle bikes over 100cc. Bajaj broken ties with Kawasaki for this reason. Now, Kawasaki wants to re-enter our market with BS products.
Bajaj breaking ties with Kawasaki was the best thing happened to Bajaj and us Indian customers. Because of that Bajaj approached KTM and stuck the deal to pave the way for such powerful machines to be made in India and raising the bar with every 2 wheeler manufacturer forced to stay relevant and make great machines. Thank you Kawasaki.
❤❤❤❤❤ How does it even support your review on Kawasaki W series Bike ?! Mahindra Mojo was a good Tourer.., People loved it's Refined engine & level of maturity People complained about its out look. There is positive sides of w 175 1. Look more formal 2. Lightweight handling with adequate power. 3. Retro look with straight seat that gives more comfort for back seat occupiers.
Well @cookiesncream_yt1942 if l need any knowledge about how to bake a 🍪 will definitely come to you, but with reference to automobile knowledge, l think l am pretty sorted. But since l am inquisitive, donlet me know what was wrong in the video.
This Product could acquire a very nominal Market if it's launched as Kawasaki Bajaj Boxer with a revised Price tag and some icing on the cake is required to be done by Bajaj Auto R&D.
the concept of making this bike a local make is not for grabbing the market share up here.. instead its concept of making this bike up here is to grab the cheap labour and export it to other countries
Well this makes sense as well, but Kawasaki had specially mentioned that this is made for India and have made a few tweaks as opposed to the global product. But yes, India is going to be the next manufacturing hub for the World thanks to a stable government, educated youth and a constant GDP improvement.

Bro how can you expect a Japanese made w800 launched at the price of homemade Intercepter? But yes this is a horrible bike at even more horrible price. Had this been a 250+ cc, only then would have made some sense. Ninja 500 has been launched globally but not in India. Also, versys x had so much potential but lazy designers did not update it with newer ninja 400/500 engine. Kawasaki is dumb AF.
Well agree with most of your views, with reference to the W800, am just comparing it with the next best option in India i.e, the Interceptor, ok given that it is 'Japanese' and has a higher Cubic Capacity, price it like 50 to 70K more. They way they have invested in the W175, they should have invested in the W800 instead, manufacture it locally and sell it at rates that can be digested by Indian customers.
@@allaboutautomobiles. It is all about demand and Supply. There is extremely small percentage of people who can afford sub 5-6 lac bike in India. Setting up a manufacturing plant for a non existent demand machine makes no sense. Most of bike enthusiasts in India want a feature packed Machine with Great Efficiency. So, quarter litre segment suits best here. They should focus on 250-500 cc bikes. But then again they'll never be still able to beat Local Manufacturers like Bajaj/RE in pricing even if they set up local manufacturing. Kawasaki is dead in India.
Higher cc is irrelevant really. The W800 makes comparable power to the Interceptor with 150 more ccs. And the Interceptor is a better bike in every way even if you put price aside. And put price aside you must, because it's just insulting at this point. It's just a shame that India is neglected so much by all the Japanese marques.
I agree with you.. Kawasaki still believes India is still a 3rd world country, where they will get away with launching a crap like this !
Yes... 💯

Yes, if this was launched with the CD100's in the 1990's.
@@allaboutautomobiles. Not really. But would be a great bike at Pulsar/CBZ era ie early 2000s. Also, would be cool at 80-90ish thousand.
Great analysis, this is a piece of junk, they should launch W 230 in India. Thx
There should be an intelligence test for all content makers!
