A bike which finds itself in no man's island mostly due to just 1 iconic motorcycle - Classic 350. The RE has already set the bar and expectations for 'the retro experience' more than a decade back. The current market demands either of these 2 things from a retro motorcycle - 1. Light, nimble and plenty powerful with features (Something like XSR155) 2. Big, bulky, but can be pretty basic. (Nothing but RE) .Unfortunately the W175 doesn't slot into any of these categories and tries to carve a niche segment which has virtually 0 takers. Add to that the sparse service network.
Correct observation. I hope atleast Bajaj should try a retro bike in 160/200cc segment. They have capability and they can build a good looking and decently powerful retro as they have already a refined N160 engine with good exhaust note.
@@powerdriftofficial Yes the classic is more expensive, but the J series engine’s worth the upgrade from the puny 175. This product should’ve never hit the market
