I agree. I just killed the fish boss for the first time. It felt so good. Got my vault stolen but that just means I have to do it again and make it out next.
If the developers continue to absolve from adding content, the game is going to die. Take it from somebody who's played this game since day one, I've watched this game's rise and I've watched it slowly begin to fall. No tabor is not dying" per se, but it is going "to very soon if the developers don't step up their game. And that's a promise.
For sure any game that stands still and never grows is doomed. I hope they do keep adding to it to keep it going. Tabor in specific has had a slow burn in terms of how they add to it, it definitely feels a little too infrequent for my liking. I too played since it dropped, and it was definitely needing the changes it got, and it still does need some fixing. Hopefully they get a big enough dev team to keep up!!
They are adding features, but I feel the dev team isn't strong enough. If you've seen Contractor Showdown's new take on an extraction shooter, you'd notice how much cleaner the game looks. It isn't Tarkov, but it has many mechanics that are missing from Tabor. The game isn't dying, but it's starting to feel a bit stale while waiting for these delayed wipes. The devs need more of a flow to follow. -The next wipe, Tabor devs will be adding a mall map and a revamped trader mission system
I agree with that 100%, also I need to play the extraction mode on contractors ASAP! If they don’t start growing quicker they will definitely fizzle out yes, or at least taper down so much that it goes back to being super underground, which isn’t great for a game that has been out a while! I hope they add more than just those two things!
Awesome gotcha down for Christmas! Some good tips, take all junk, mags, and small tech items at the start. If you do that you’ll get money up pretty quick to start Be willing to lose anything you gain, cause the fun is worth more. Your bunker resets one day, the time in your life does not! Have fun with it. The more you practice gunfights the better your aim and intuition gets. I recommend, bunker runs, go in with nothing and grab the first gun you can and run towards players. Repeat until you start winning fights consistently. If playing with a team, use teamwork and communication. Holding small area, one watches behind, one cuts the angle and one supports. When the squad rotates, everyone moves, it’s not looting time. I have an uncommon tips video with even more tricks. Beyond that, just keep at it, and you’ll find your progression!! Good job!
@@realitypolarized VR is different although I want to play it more I only have about 3 full games before I have to charge my handset and I have quest 3. I suppose it's like this for most people. Coming from pc VR I never thought about this part. VR has a while to go before it can even compete full with the cell phone. I think once your home or if your around a computing device your headset should off put some of the processing to that device. Whether it's a tablet, laptop, PC or gaming PC. Like connecting to WiFi. My cell phone doesn't use as much battery power when I stream a movie to my TV from my phone.
Yes indeed! The way VR has grown from Q2 to Q3 was drastic and hopefully the next leap is even more in the right direction. I play plugged in and I can play for like 4 hours without my headset dying, but at the same time the immersion is ruined quickly by a tethered wire. Unwired it’s like maybe 2 games.
They want the grind to be perpetual, so you keep playing. I personally don’t like it, and I think there should just be just a perpetual rank system that makes sure new players get placed with similar play times. That way you constantly gain, and grow.
Fair enough. Different kind of game but Borderlands 3 is the kind of progression I always think of, where keeping loot feels good. I guess it’s that way for a reason though
Yeah I like that, like a switch in the bunker that goes to the forever bunker. You can send loot to it but never back from it, so you can essentially store up infinite loot, but it’s only accessible in the forever bunker! I love that idea!

Why would they need to forcibly wipe players' progress?

@@DecorousOx why not make wipes opt-in only? And just have "wiped-only" servers so wiped players wont have to play with non-wiped players
