Nice very helpful I been there before dropped the tank out of my Caprice to inspect inside & also troubleshoot my sending unit to make sure it is still functioning as it should I cleaned my tank up and painted it along with the straps and underneath the chassis
@SC Eighty 9 Box Chevy: take a look at my other video on replacing the sending unit. Also take a look at rockauto.com and search for your 89 model year and engine size. The part number for the sending unit for my particular engine is FG10B, but there are four different engines and I saw a different part number for one of the other engine sizes (FG10F?) but I’m not sure what the differences are or what affect if any it would have if you replaced a fuel injector set up with a carb set up.
@Paniro 85: The part details are in my other video on replacing the sending unit, maybe around the 40 sec mark. ua-cam.com/video/cFSx2n7Vl2g/v-deo.html
