Why does this called a ring road when it is incomplete?
And why i only see the length from the first tunnel.
And Not the other tunnels?

Because it’s part of a ring road. The other part of the ring does Not consists of freeways but normal city streets. It’s more often called „Berliner Stadtautobahn“ (Berlin City Interstate), which is more fitting in my opinion, because Berlin has a real ring freeway, the A10, the „Berliner Ring“.
