Wii2hdmi or Wii U normally works.

You can already screen Record and live stream on PS4 though just Double Tap the share button on the controller

There are still issues with that, such as you not being able to modify the stream as much

The capture card? Nah but OBS can record a mic at the same time so as long as u got a mic hooked into the same computor the card is in you should be able to get things to work
