Short and sweet. Thanks for not wasting our time on long drawn out videos like so many others. For those like me who like recipes written down.1 liter water5 teaspoons Salt5 Tablespoons Sugar3 Tablespoons vinegar10-15 peppercorns
Glad to help!
Is it white vinegar or what kind?
Hi Great video, Is the Marinade 3 tablespoons of White or Brown vinegar? and how long do the tomatos keep for?
Hi, thank you) White vinegar 9%. You can store tomatoes for 6-8 months
Where we should keep? In fridge or sunlight
All my family members were coughing and eyes were wet with tears as soon as the marinade started to get a boil 😂
Thanks, you make it look easy! Are they stored at room temp or in the refrigerator? Also, would this work with 5% vinegar, thats all I have.
Forgot to ask, do they ferment or get fizzy or carbonated?
Hello! You can store it at room temperature. Vinegar is still better to use 9%. They are not fermented and will not be effervescent.
