Hi. I was just watching your video. It was very informative. We have a problem with our double drawer dishwasher in that the top drawer thinks its open all the time and will not begin a cycle. There are no error codes. Is there some "drawer open indicator" part that can malfunction? When we go to start it, it just makes a little noise to indicate that the drawer is still open when in actual fact it's shut.
I am curious as to what the voltage rating is of this Fisher & Paykel dish drawer machine is. Example is it 120 volt a.c./240 volt a.c. is it dc current? Is it available in more than one current rating? Is it European wire or American standard or ISO. Also what are the overall dimensions for instalation,
I have had this dishwasher for a couple of years and as beautiful and inviting as it is, I would never buy one, again. It is not uncommon for a piece of cutlery or dish to slip down and block the spray arm at the bottom of the machine. There is no warning or indicator that this has happened allowing the cycle to complete and result in dirty dishes. When I remove the filter to clean it, as advised, there is a pond of undrained greasy water in the bottom of the machine. I’ve been told that this is normal. It may be normal, but it’s disgusting and can only be the water that last came in contact with the dishes. The entire machine itself has not been able to be anchored properly to the underside of the counter. I have had installers out twice to address this, yet if the drawer is extended, the entire machine tips forward. I believe all of these problems could be corrected by the manufacturer, but until they are, I advise purchasing a different product.
This is actually really handy for me... just moved into a place with one of these and had no idea how to use it. I love the internet!

When you Open the bottom drawer of your dishwasher does your whole dishwasher tilt forward. Mine does and I’m worried about it.
Oh,and the spray arms is directly attach to the motor .

Manufactured in New Zealand, sold in Australia and Great Britain only to my knowledge and therefore probably only 240v (a.c.)

I have the same issue, did you find any solution to it yet. I'm struggling with my one since the apartment I moved into doesn't have the manual book.

they make models that operate on 120v and models for 240v but check the website to be sure
