As i attempt to practice 'simplicity' with intention of less attachment==detachment------>reduction of suffering, I find my attachment to simplicity is making me unhappy. Ascetic vs sensuality= my paradoxical duality. Thank you for some wisdom, Maestro.
sir, I have been meditating too forcefully.. this body is attacking me with discontentments. Swami is gone and I am clinging to Master. you are a comfort to me
At the end of the video you explain the wrong kind of attachment: getting rid of things which you enjoy so they won't disappoint you when they are gone, back fire, or no longer give you what you expected or desired. I'm going to call this unhealthy attachment then. How are you too allow healthy attachment then? Is this by allowing what you like or enjoy but not allowing it to determine your happiness, so it may bring you more enjoyment or happiness but you can always be happy without it?
Your voice takes me. i dont get it most of you said, i listen it while studying :) is it because, even i dont understand most of it, the way we look to world is similar. love you, with love. keep telling
