Fantastic you can only be fully or 100percent attached when you do not have expectation and rather not attachment is the problem but are expectation which it seems to be what hurts us and thus attached yet detached thats what i'm feeling there are many nice parts that describe this in many ways so ego can't find a gap around and play us with doubt. I know this is kinda lazy but what is the difference between mind and ego. . i'm sure this is probably explained somewhere else. I'm feelin that ego is born of mind and is the negative aspect of the mind and thus theres a distinction hmmmm . . . .
+MysticMorass Expectation would be born from fear of insecurity i feel and thus the deepinin of the self. . . letting go is something i don't quite understand
+MysticMorass expectation is part of memory, and developing defense mechanisms, developing our "inner compass", our idea of right and wrong. it's not expectation, or attachment to a particular outcome that is problem. we humans are innately flawed in our ability to perceive the real from the unreal but we don't receive an education in this.you can be aware that we expect things/people to act in a certain way, but without having attachment or relying on he/she/it being "the truth".
+ElevenHundred Sounds Were there a mountain all made of gold, doubled that would not be enough to satisfy a single person know this and live accordingly.
