I have a mpc live 2 and heat mk2 too but when i connect them i get heavy feeback(unpleasant sounds like audio is heavily distorted/clashing) Please help me figure out how i can send the audio from the mpc to the heat mk2 to color my sound and then back into the mpc live 2 to process that colored sound by effects made on the analog heat mk2. Thank you
The Analog Heat has a input sensitivity it should be on low, so you have more control over your output signal. Check the Manual 3.2 SETTING THE INPUT SENSITIVITY LEVEL@@whoismako Also see if your sample and Drum Tracks are not clipping. I will make a Video soon relating this. I think I had the same issue, that everything seemed to loud and distorting more than it should on the master output of the Heat. To make sure the Heat distorts as intended it is important to adjust the audio input sensitivity level so that it matches the level of the sound source. To make sure the Heat distorts as intended it is essential to set the audio input sensitivity so that it matches the level of the sound source. (Note that the settings made here only affects the analog input and not the digital input from Overbridge.) Use the audio input meter on the screen to monitor your audio input level and follow these steps to set the input sensitivity level: 1. Connect your sound source to the IN L/R inputs of the Analog Heat MKII and make sure that the volume of the sound source is as loud as possible. 2. Press [SETTINGS] and the select INPUT SENSITIVITY. Keep an eye on the audio input meter and change the input sensitivity until you find a setting where the bar reaches the vertical line but without clipping. The message “INPUT LEVEL TOO HIGH” is displayed on the screen when the input level is too high, and clipping occurs.

I also use a electro harmoix platform pedal too haha. This is my signal flow....please let me know if I have something wrong
MPC (OUT/MASTER)---->PLATFORM PEAL(IN)---->PLATFORM PEAL(OUT)----->Analog heat mk2 (IN)------->Analog heat mk2 (out)------->MPC PHONO L/R (IN)
