The attack plan and auxiliary extraction if the aims have not been achieved.this sort of warfare is multifaceted.

7:27 its explained pretty well. But to sum up, this has a lot to do with the US presidential election. It's only been in the last few weeks that it looks like trump will probably lose, but an operation of this size has to have been planned 6-4 months in advance. If they were forced into a negotiation by Trump, they would've had to cede land to Russia. But if they hold Russian territory, they can negotiate from a much stronger position. Winter is bad in that in that part of the world, so if Ukraine consolidates control BEFORE winter, they will pretty much have a lock on that territory.

If so, Ukranian army in the Kursk region will also take losses. Danger for the Ukranians may lie in stretching their supply line. Impressive to see Ukranian tanks driving past at 50 km/h but tanks need fuel as well as the soldiers. How far can the Ukranian Army go? 100% it is an huge embarrassment for Putin and a big win for Zelensky. But one big question?.
Units involved in the Kursk Oblast incursion are among some of the best in the Ukrainian Armed Forces
80th Separate Air Assault Brigade : This brigade is one of Ukraine's elite airborne units, known for its high mobility, rigorous training, and ability to execute complex operations
14th UAV Regiment’s “Nakhtigal” Battalion : Specializing in unmanned aerial vehicle, battalion represents a critical component of Ukraine's modern warfare strategy

Mechanized Units : well-equipped with modernized armored vehicle, essential in defending against and countering Russian armored advances
Losses in Ukrainian side : 1350 Soldiers Killed, 30 Tanks plus 140 vehicles destroyed. Question is with very little lose at the Russian side other than a helicopter few tanks and vehicles. if Ukrainian side looses so many troops and equipment which are some of the best in few days is it worth it ?. And Ukrainians are not fighting against the best Russian soldiers.

yes, it is worth it because it destabilizes the Putin regime and brings the war on the Russian territory! I still don't understand why troops and defensive positions did not protect that area. I don t like the way Putin is conducting this war and I am one of those who believes that he should quit!

This is a suicide mission with no real strategic gain.
Good publicity and maybe a morale boost. But it doesnt change the overall reality of the conflict...

More same will be if he will have a shameful ambition to give weapons to the civilians living in those regions and to force them to fight against the invaders . If he will be a real dictator he will do that , but unfortunately he did not prove being a dictator like the TV media always mention.
