Explore Mt Field, Russell Falls, Lake Dobson and Richmond bridge Australia's oldest bridge.
We headed from Hobart to Mt Field National Park for a day trip and we visited the magnificent Russell Falls. Its a easy walk from the visitor information centre with a good path that is well suited to strollers.
We also drove up the snowy road to find a very icy Lake Dobson.
Just like any National Park in Tasmania you will require a parks pass if you haven't already got one.
The next day we day tripped to the town of Richmond and we checked out the Richmond Bridge which is Australia's oldest Bridge. The town has a lot of other things to explore but we will have to leave that for another time.
