I picked this up used last week - if you want extra performance you can flash it with the OC BIOS so you can hit a 440W power limit.

I have same card and used it for 5 months. Im not sure if this brand or 3080 series in general but Most dissapointing is fan noise, I tested in 4K gaming with cyberpunk, call of duty warzone, watch dogs legion and such. In games the fan noise is low then high and low again and i used palit's "Thundermaster" to control it. App give you 3 type of control in fans but none of them work properly. Use other software as msi afterburner to control it.
Avoid Thundermaster for sure. Create a custom curve in Afterburner and enjoy the silence!

A bit late I know but the Gaming Pro is limited to 365W (default 350W). The Gamerock 3080Ti (non-OC) has a limit of 400W but you can flash it with the OC BIOS and open up the full 440W limit. Having said that the difference between the Gaming Pro and GameRock is maybe around 5% for a lot of extra power (and heat).
@@MSJChempalit in his official web say that 3080ti gamerock NON oc has a tdp of 350w, not 400w
What about heat and noise?
There is so much cooling capacity that temps stay very low allowing for the fans to spin at low RPM and stay quieter than my radiator fans.

You sure can! Although this is a LHR model so expect decreased performance.
