I hope you're feeling better, and if not I hope you feel better soon. I can't read if I'm sick either, same goes for when depressed. It sucks because reading is such a comfort but sometimes the headspace isn't there. Also it's unfortunate you didn't love The Tyranny of Faith but it's also nice to see others opinions on it that aren't JUST positive, for some reason it makes me look forward to it more. Here's hoping March is kinder to us all 🤞🤞

I just read the first Emily Wilde book and am eager to read the second, hopefully I will agree that it is even better! And what a bummer about Tyranny. I had been thinking about giving book 1 a second chance, but I just can't find the motivation lol. Hopefully the finale brings it back around for you! Happy reading 🥰
I wasn’t in love with the plot in book one, but loved the characters and it just all lost me in Tyranny of Faith! But Emily Wilde’s sequel was better to me, but I often have the unpopular opinion 🤣
@@shaykininmybooks Haha our tastes once again don't align, as I just finished book 2 of Emily Wilde and think I preferred book 1 lol. Could also have been sick brain tho, who knows
