Little battery with BIG power! The Nocqua 10Ah battery is simply awesome. It's super tiny but crazy powerful and made very well, so it seems like it will last a long time. All connectors are water tight so you don't have to worry about getting everything wet. The Y adapter and USB adapter take it to another level letting you power multiple devices at once. Nice, thanks for the vid. I've seen other sources that show the Garmen striker 4 lasts about 43 hours on a fully charged nocqua 10. Have you seen that since you have been using it?
Appreciate you watching! I haven’t tested the full amount of time it would last, but I usually have 75% charge left after a full 8 hour day of using my garmin and usb charging port charging my GoPro batteries. It’s awesome!
Love that battery! Hard to believe it's 10 amp hours and so small! What charger are you using on it?
BTW, if your going to be working with heat shrink, get one of those cheap butane lighters (mini torch type) Makes a world of difference and more precise too. You can shrink smaller pieces without melting the neighboring wire conduit.

I just bought the Slayer Max like you did. You've been the guy that has the setup I would wanna use but I do have one question regarding the sonar underneath the Slayer Max. Could I leave the sonar underneath the boat and it be safe against putting in a river? I was afraid of something like rocks or something in a river and ripping the sonar apart.

It will sit down a little but it's protected by the front hull section somewhat. I haven't tried it on a river with lots of shallow rocks and rapids though. One guy told me he cut the Native mounting block to make it shorter. I've heard there's also adapters that let you sit it higher, maybe something like this: ua-cam.com/video/wTcfGb-z77U/v-deo.htmlsi=F__A_b8b9bsJJGN0

@@FishATX This is my first fish finder and I hope you can help me with something.I connected the wires to the battery and the Garmin works. Im waiting on a part to mount my transducer but wanted to test it in the meantime. When I plug the transducer in I get “The transducer is disconnected@ error. From what I’ve seen on UA-cam, it should at least read the transducer even out of water. Any suggestions?
@@fishingfootballfishing1704 Hmm yeah that's odd, I haven't seen that error. Mine will still run out of water so it sounds like the transducer cord isn't plugged in fully or something is wrong. I'm no expert with electronics so I'm sorry I can't help more, but I'm sure there's a video or reddit thread about Garmin errors.
Can you charge the battery through the USB attachment
Talking about the nocqua battery or a GoPro battery? The nocqua battery requires the nocqua charger to charge back up which plug into a normal AC type socket. I don’t think they have a usb option for that since it’s a special connector.
