Me coming from a Nordic country, I got to visit my cousins place in South Tottenham, London N15 for a week during the summer of 2023. I have to say I absolutely fell in love with the place and the multicultural atmosphere. We got to visit Blocko festival, eat out and visit local pubs. South Tottenham is now my favorite area in London and one of my favorite travel destinations in the world!

Uni is definitely not every parents dream. My mum was over the moon when I got the job I got WITHOUT uni. I know lads who are now on 100k+ a year at 25 from grafting arses off and making their own out there from the trades they’ve learnt. And I know lads who’ve gone uni and work in McDonald’s with serious degrees. It’s all about taking & making the most of what you have.

My twin sister and her friends got caught in a drive by shooting meant for people near by, luckily she jumped in someones front yard. There was a guy who was just getting into modelling who lived down the road from us, he had a great future until the local boys in our area dealt him drugs... he became a crack head. I dunno if hes still alive, I doubt it. There was a kind sweet boy that helped me at a party when I fell on the floor, he got bricked in the head one day and died a few weeks later. Let me not even talk about the way people were getting robbed left right and centre, I was even robbed. Peoples houses were getting robbed. My friends mum got her door kicked in and got pushed down the stairs during a home robbery. There were girls casually being jumped into gangs and were getting raped so casually in the park near me. I remember one day being on a swing and seeing a girl behind a Bush with 4 guys giving head, I couldnt believe my eyes... but it happened alot so i got used to it. People need to know the raw truth of living in these environments. My mum packed us up at 17 and moved us out of london. That was 11 years ago, I avoid Tottenham like the plague now.

Random knife attacks in London are practically non -existent and most street robberies don't end in violence, as long as you hand over you're stuff (which you should do because no material possession is worth your life). I've travelled a lot, London is no more dangerous than many other major Capital cities. In fact its better than most.
