This talk is super insightful - thanks Alex! What I admire most about Alex's talk is that he doesn't rely on one-off anecdotes to substantiate his pie-growing idea. Instead, Alex does a deep dive into long-term, historical data, controlling for outliers and identifying the overarching trends. As such, it's clear that Alex doesn't simply put forward opinions but well-reasoned arguments informed by data. If the pie-growing mentality appeals to you, I recommend reading his book "Grow the Pie: How Great Companies Deliver Both Purpose and Profit" - it's a gold mine of insights!
Second to comment unfortunately but i must say , changing mindset takes time and this ted talk will help us get there sooner. P.S. I hope i can talk as good as Alex Edmans talks one day
