I have 5 shoulder surgeries on my right shoulder,last one in Feb,I am PT, I have had surgery on my left,also..I can only do so much,will these help even at about 1/2 the amount ?

Hi Linda, all your excercises are very effective, I am very happy.. after regularly following your videos, I was able to reduce inches and also the gap between my abs significantly.and not only that, I feel the strength in my core and could actually cure another issue which I did not expect that it would, I had leakage problem due to weak pelvic region after giving birth, It was so embarrassing and very uncomfortable at the same time whenever I would sneeze or laugh hard..Big thanks to you for putting such great work out there...I have a humble request to pls upload more videos of cardio excercises which we can safely perform to loose more weight.... thank you so much ...God bless you..

My upper abdomen is slightly sticking out as compared to lower abdomen because there is still 2 fingers gap....and its lil harder to insert the fingers to check the gap due to fat maybe so I am looking for some exercises which I can do to get rid of fat without worsening the gap.. thank you so much for your kind response...I feel confident in my body now and also motivated to do more :)

Hi Jillian!! What kind of chest issues are you struggling with? If you do them every day you should start to see results around a week/or 2. I incorporated weights with my training (i can do another video on that if people are interested) .
well im not sure if this is normal for all moms but our body changes and so does our chest once we get pregnant my chest grew a lot by size and I gained a lot as well and I lost a lot of weight we all do when we get pregnant but I gained more than what I think I probably should I lost it all quickly and because of it it’s just not firm and have very loose skin in that area.
@@jillians85 The exercises will help lift. If you added some weights it could build a bit more in that area (don't worry though it won't look like a bodybuilder). This will help make things a bit better for you, but if it's a lot of loose skin you may have to look into alternatives. Do try the exercises first and see what a difference it is, then see if you want to look into further options. Make sense?
