So in a very practical sense: What do you do when the trigger hits you? Do you sit down and meditate, or do you just sit down with the feeling and your imagination?
I feel like I've done a lot of shadow work, but not with specific memories, more so with feelings of neglect that would pop up. I'd really love to evolve it though and actually use triggers as opportunities to heal :)
