Been there bro. For many years. All is not lost, and not all answers all unattainable. Ironically, in our culture, we applaud those who are on a quest for God, but criticize those who say they found him.
chaseGodtv agreed, totally felt like Jim was saying a lot of things people feel, but are often too intimidated to voice.
Joseph Solomon Joseph Solomon I agree. I liked this poem because i resonate with it. Not because of the reason most people probably have, but because I too, have so many doubts and uncertainties about faith. But even so, I want so badly to fully believe in Him, without any doubts and am looking forward for the time when I finally do.
As someone who has a constant internal struggle with god and religion this was so comforting, I feel like such and outsider when everyone around just praises this idea of a god and I simply can’t. I just don’t accept it as a truth

"god, if you exist, am i still a good person if i dont know? i dont think youre there, i dont think you can hear any of this, sometimes i get why people want to believe in you, makes things a little more sure when i dont think anything really is, god, if you exist, i really could use some help down here, either way i think this praying thing is more about saying what you need to say, so if youre there, thanks for listening, i guess.."

Yep, exactly, it's extremely naive to blame Santa (aka God) for world's problems and for everyone's problems for that matter.
God I have some of the same questions . Did He God answer you yet,? and I want to know if a famous pastor will be able to answer the questions.
