DIY PIZZA OVEN
Вставка

- Today by recycling an old aluminum pot (40 cm in diameter, 30 cm high) I will build a gas powered pizza oven, like the Ooni Koda 16 oven: amzn.to/3yxlaMZ . Of course mine is more spectacular 🤪
For the flame I will use a camping stove: amzn.to/3SSbHrT
powered by gas cylinder: amzn.to/3rQ7GYQ
Again, don't forget to share your experience and advice by leaving a comment 👍🏼

I love that you show with a little imagination, anything can be made.
Thanks Michael 🍕🥳
Thanks
that's brilliant but you have to cover the outside with insulation foam or something to keep the heat inside ..very cheap stuff, you can probably find it for free even on second hand market places. i would search for a bigger stone as well..again second hand you can get pizza stones for very low prices.
i really love this project very inspirational!
Thanks for the advice 👍🏼 I should do some more research 🧐
Hey, Nine, just be careful which type of insulation you use because some aren't suitable for high temperatures so could set on fire and release poisonous fumes. I'd be very wary of cheap insulation foam- double check first its safe uses.
Inside old ovens you will find insulation materials so if you were wanting to build a pizza oven out of recycled materials, taking an old oven apart would supply a lot of what you need I think!
Thanks for your help 👍🏼
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato You are very welcome. Thanks for your help too: your videos are excellent.
☺️ thanks my dear
You are a good hearted man and there is no selfishness 👍
Thanks ☺️ for your kindness
Exactly!
Thanks Alena ☺️
@@alenamaly8157 yeah
This is a cool project. You could maybe use this design as an inner liner and build up ceramic insulation and mortar/tile outer above it.
I am organizing to improve it 😉
That was a brilliant build. Thanks for sharing.😄👍
Thanks Joe 🥳🍕🙂
Wow! This is so amazing! 😃Thank You for sharing this great idea. 👍
🥳 thanks
Great little pizza oven nice job!!
Thanks 🍕🤩
You're amazing. Much respect
😉🍕👍🏼 thanks
Well done, sir👏…I love to see artistry at its best. I enjoy watching your creative endeavors. And you are looking much healthier than this past winter…sunshine and exploration are good for the body and soul, not to mention, spirit. Blessings to y’all from Florida 🌴🐢🌺🐊🐠🪸🌊🌀⚡️🚀😎

This is brilliant!!
Thanks Charles 🍕👍🏼
this was a good start. worked better than i expected!
Thanks 😊
Thanks again Chef
🥳 thanks 🐱
Eres un excelente cocinero!!
Grazie 🤩
This is original 😊 thanks for sharing
Thanks 🤪
Thanks for sharing. This was fun to watch. I won’t be making this, but it sure was interesting.
Thanks Carol 👍🏼
Well done my friend… nice video and it worked in the end. Looking forward to taste your pizza from the oven soon 🙂
🥳🍕👍🏼 let’s try it together 🙂🍕
Awesome!
🥳 thanks 🍕
ingenious!
Thanks 🤩
Good job 👏🏼
Thank you 👍🏼🍕
you are more like engineer than a chef, man this is amazing
😂 thanks but I am not a chef 🙂
hey Broooo its perfectttt idea thank you so muchhhhhhh👏👏👏👏
Grazie 🤩
I love it ❣️
Thanks 👍🏼
oh my god! That's genius 🔥
😂 thanks
That's great Andrea your talented keep it up 👌👍☺️
Thanks Salomon
Thanks Salomon
Another fantastic and informative video Andrea, what a great idea and so easy to make. I will share that with my mates I'm sure a few will like to make one or more. I know some of the guys back in Australia have Stainless Steel Beer Kegs living around and I have a few Stainless Steel Stock Pots here in Phuket that are seldomly used that will make a perfect Pizza Oven. I made a Pizza Stone from a real Stone Tile about 4 years ago for my Electric Oven It has given me good service ever since so maybe I will use Stone as the tiles for the inside.
Yes 👍🏼 but I will improve it with stone and insulating material 😉
Keep me updated
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato I just had a thought about the Pizza Oven, if you cut up two pots the same size, joined them together as you did in the video and then slipped them over each other you could add small 1cm spacers in between the two halves to leave an Air Space in between or add thin layer of Insulation between the two halves.
Yes 👍🏼 this was my idea too. The insulation that I order on lazada is 1 cm and the stone arrived broken 😞. This is why I am waiting
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato yes I looked up Ceramic Insulating sheet and found probably the same thing. Also any Terracotta flat Roof Tiles would work if available but I would look in garden supply's for cut stone pavers.
Exactly ceramic fiber 👍🏼 and I ordered already the stone 😉
Good one 👍
Thanks 😉
You're a genius my friend.
😂 thanks
This is really cool.. it is almost like the actual oven I have in my house and use for the exact same thing.
Thanks 🥳🍕
It's amazing how you have simplified and made this oven! You have talents that most can not compete with.
Thanks Jack 🙂 but I need to improve it 😬
Great design...
Thanks ☺️
Great video!
I’d suggest installing the thermometer outside, so don’t have to open the door to check temp. They have cheap ones where you drill a hole and install it on outside
Thanks for the idea but if I close the door the flame 🔥 go off 😞
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolatoyou forgot the cheminy
Molto intelligente👏
I’m impressed. Well done! 🏆👏
Thanks Brenda 🤩🍕
Nicce idea. Since this is not insulated, it's best to install one additional burner at the bottom so you wouldn't have to wait 15 mins for the stone to heat up. That way you could get a decent temperature within 5 mins or less. Also since this is gas, air circulation will need to happen otherwise burner will not burn so baking bread that requires moist environment can't be achieved but if burners are strong, you could convert it into a nice pizza oven.
Thanks for the advice 👍🏼
My thought also.. two burners.. and insulation... which won't be pretty, unfortunately
@kafklatsch3198 👍🏼
Well anything can be unsafe if the person using it has little to no common sense. I think this is an awesome make. With a little insulation to help with heat and outer safety would ba an excellent homemade indoor/outdoor oven. Great job cutting that so evenly. I truly think I could not achieve that. Oh and what a nice find for that thick sturdy large Dutch oven vessel!
Thanks for your support 🥳👍🏼🍕
Jesteś mistrzem 👍😲
😂👍🏼 thanks
What really amazed me is that you build it inside your balcony 😁😁😁
😂👍🏼
Excellent video and very creative idea! Also, the editing of this video is spectacular 👍.
Thanks 🥳👍🏼🍕🤩
Mr you are the best
😂 thanks
DIY shops usually sell pizza stone ovens. I bought 4 to bake bread. They're thicker than these tiles, but also means they would have a higher thermal mass.
Thanks for the advice 👍🏼
Fantastic and spectacular......
Thanks ☺️
Great video sir big like God bless you
Thanks 🥳🍕
Wow man Andrea
Amazing
I might just make this to Cook pizza
👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
Make a video where you bake a pizza in this Neapolitan
Thanks 🤩 I will 😉👍🏼
Great effort! When you travel, do you take this with your carry-on luggage?
😂👍🏼🍕 I should try and check what they will say in the airport 😂
I wonder if it could be adapted for wood. Maybe a small chimney at the front? I'm hoping of building my own brick pizza oven in a few years :) fingers crossed :)
Yes 👍🏼 if you have a garden better with wood. I will build one next summer 🥳
That is a brilliant idea, except maybe the neighbours are not too happy after cutting terracotta with and angle grinder on the balcony 😂 I hope to see you make a pizza in there soon.
😂 my wife was not happy too 😬
I made one like yours but mine is full size and made with drum/barrel. mine is also insulated and can cook large size pizza and meat.
👍🏼 I will improve my one with insulation 😉
That pizza oven turned out great. If you can find thin square ceramic tiles, or thin fire bricks, that might work out too. Cheers! ✌️
Yes 👍🏼 thanks
I use old stone floor tiles in my regular oven to cook Arabic bread, so I think your idea would work really well
Thanks for sharing your experience
Nice! You should insulate top surface so that you will achieve the temperature quickly and save on gas.
Thanks for the advice 👍🏼
Back in Thailand finally! 🎉 🌴 🥥Studio italiano già da un anno.
Bravo 👏🏼
I want that shirt @1:20... the blue high quality shirt!!! so nice :)
You can buy it online 😉👍🏼🥳
I'm very proud of me too ✋️
Bravo 😉
please do updated version
Sorry but I have abandoned it in Thailand when I moved back in Italy
Nice dear,
Waiting for making beer without hops with new techniques.
Thank you in advance
Yes 👍🏼🍺 I am working on it 😉
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato thank you 🎉 🍻
👍🏼😉🍺
Could you please make a napolitan pizza in this to see how it works?
I will 😉👍🏼🍕 in theory 😬
You can use a pizza stone for the bottom
Yes 👍🏼 I ordered one
What temperature it can reach? 250°C is not enough for pizza..or at least is not enough for Napoli type of pizza
The next upgrade should be to put tiles everywhere. Then it will be perfect small oven. Thank you very much for the idea!
I need to improve it 😉👍🏼
Where is my SPECTACULAR 🤣🤣🤣?
😂👍🏼 in the next video 😉
Have you made some other tests, what is the result plz
No 😬 sorry because I move back in Italy
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato and you abandonned your innovation ?
Yes 🥺😢😭
Really nice idea, but I wouIn't call it a pizza oven. I like the usage of the MSF-1a gas cartridge. At least in Germany this is its name... For camping a great idea and a cheap solution!!
Thanks ☺️ let see if I will be able to cook the pizza 🍕😬
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato Of course you can and it will be a success, as in every normal household oven... But to get the result of a high hydration Roman, a Neapolitan Pizza or Forcaccia, you need 350-450C°. In a few weeks I will try your Mozzarella recipe :).
Keep us updated 🤩👍🏼
Exactly what i need for camping without emptying my pocket for high end camping oven.
😉👍🏼🍕 keep us updated
are you back in Thailand? 😊
Yes 👍🏼 I am, how are you Tom?

A pizza oven to make anything else but no pizza. By the way, it's a great idea. I'm about to build a real one in my garden with refractory bricks, but your solution is so smart, I'm impressed! Da vero !
😂👍🏼 thanks ☺️ I would like to have a garden and build a real ones too 🍕
Keep us updated with your project and send me some pictures
u r spectacular Italia-no ^_^
greetings from Yemen
Thanks 😂👍🏼🍕 greetings from Thailand
👌🏼❤️😘
😉👍🏼🥳🍕
While this was an incredible idea, it makes me curious how long such an oven will last.
😂 no body knows
genius
how many pizzas with one bottle?
🤔 sorry I don’t know
genius, can you show us making a pizza in it ? :=)
I will 😉👍🏼🍕
Ok 👍🏼
Mamma Mia. You've put in a lot of effort. But I think you have to really vet the safety aspect. Honestly I prefer your terracotta flower pot pizza oven.
Thanks ☺️ yes 👍🏼 with fire wood it is more safe
refractory cement
👍🏼 thanks
the design is great, But aluminum is not only A more toxic Metal It cant stand some of the High temps required to make Pizza. 700-1000°f
😱
creative idea, but the simple brick oven is still the easiest method.
Yes 👍🏼 if you don’t live in a condominium 😩
Why not insulate the chamber? Aluminum being a conductor will lead to a lot of heat loss. Perhaps covering the oven with clay would reduce fuel and time requirements.
I will insulate it soon, I order some products online 👍🏼 I am waiting it at the moment
Pero lo más importante: Dov' e la pizza?? :-))
I moved back in Italy and I had abandoned it 🥺😩😢
Make tiramisu video in English
😉👍🏼 done ua-cam.com/video/nCLgYXSa4OY/v-deo.html
unsafe
Yes.
its planet earth nothing is safe
😱 I will try to make it more safe 👍🏼
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato see my earlier post: gas does not have a easy shut off valve, aluninium too easy to melt, burns in hands by putting and removing food from oven.
😂👍🏼
People burn their houses down everyday using fabricated, professional BBQs. This is an accident waiting to happen. Big fan of this channel, but if you don't know what you're doing fans, do not do this.
😱
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato look at the avatar he is more unsafe than ur wonderful oven lol
I like this dude, but this oven is the stupidest thing he is done. UNSUSCRIBED!!!
😂👍🏼 thanks
Ok. Goodbye.
