Good idea! Not to get fancy or anything but I’d have to put a ribbon at one end for wrapping it closed and tying off. This is a great gift idea for college students that to use shared shower rooms! And I need one for camping.Great thing is- it’s a towel so if it gets wet just hang it up to dry! Love all your ideas!
Yes Patricia, using a towel does make it convenient, and you can add ribbons on each end to keep it closed. That's a great idea, thanks for your suggestions and comments...Happy Sewing!
Thanks Niler! Great gifts surprise for guests coming!!! I’m using white and adding scrap ribbon to the little girls’. Love your homemade item addition too. So thoughtful!
Niler, THANK YOU!!! Right on time. We will be going away, this weekend,. We celebrated our 41st Anniversary last year in October, among family and really great friends. However, we had no time for each other really. So, my hubby, has booked us a weekend away, in a cabin,. I truly appreciated the time, we had with children, grandchildren, other family and friends. But, this will be, just for the two of us. Thank you so much for sharing this. It really is amazing, how things work.. Much success and respect.
Cool Incognito. Congrats on your marital longevity! You and your husband are such an example of how to make a marriage work no matter what. 41 yrs! Great. It's been 18 years, this year for me and my husband. I hope the two of you enjoy your trip and I'm happy my video is helpful for your packing! Happy Sewing!
Thank you!!! It's such a pleasure to hear about you and your husband, too. I/We, are always so pleased to see, married people, staying married. It seems to be harder, when, GOD isn't placed first. I really, believe, this is why so many marriages failed. The I and my syndrome. Not, enough of the WE... Much success and respect.
Hi once again I'm planning to make a few as a Christmas gift n throw in some item as shown in the vdo so my family n friends can use it...a thoughtful gift I think...thanks once again
Thank you grace for watching and for your comment. The soap tutorial is probably one I won't post because of the difficulty in the recipes and the complexity of the process. There are many good ones here on youtube. That's where I learned to make soap years ago by looking at many videos and coming up with my own technique. Here's a link to my perfume video. Just copy and paste the link in your browser. ua-cam.com/video/LF0ErBAC-Q8/v-deo.html
Here a link to a video that I made some time ago for the perfume.. Hopefully it is helpful. The soap is such a detailed process, I'm not comfortable with making a video on it. There are tons of soap making videos here on youtube. I use the hot process method. Hope this helps.
Hi J, thanks for asking. I use adhesive measuring tape on my sewing machine, my work table, and on my cutting table. I use it for quick measuring. By having the tape, I don't have to always grab a ruler or measuring tape. Here is a link to the video I made about it. ua-cam.com/users/edit?o=U&video_id=t-K94UnrAKA

What is the measuring tape for on your machine.

What video is it on?
Sew a ribbon on the end to wrap around and tie it ...
put a sting on to tie it up
