What a burn today!! 🔥🔥🔥 My arms just about gave out on the narrow chest press pulses! Had to drop down to one weight and hold it sideways! I had to go back and watch Stella on the move today…and Nachos reaction to her was so cute 🥰 Stella kept my mind off of the burn 😆⭐️🔥💧💦🐾🦴🐶
Was looking for a shorter but hard workout (so hot today even with air) and this will do it. I like how your modifications for lunges are what I would do, my knees don't mind squats but lunges not as much. I feel less guilty getting the option : ) Thanks for another great workout.

This was so good in so many ways! I tore my left shoulder labrum this past spring and have been rehabbing it since but I was able to do this workout today! I may have done some of it without weights to just focus on range of motion and keeping things equal but it was still work! As always-thank you!
Kayleigh-I would love knowing what you are lifting. Can you mention the weight before the exercise? I did the tricep wxercise with 10 in each hand but I had to do one arm at a time. My goal is to use both arms soon. Terrific workout

That was a burner! Stella stole the show! She seems to have itchy skin I have a dog like that and use a product called coat defense on him works great! Just a suggestion. Thanks for the burn see you on the next one!

Love all your workouts! I started training with you about 2 mos ago and I definitely have much more upper body and core strength and definition. I am trying to build more muscle in my glutes and legs - been doing the heavier squats and RDLs but sometimes I feel those in my lower back. What workouts will give me the definition I am looking for - and won't compromise my lower back? I'm thinking stability ball, maybe more band workouts??
YAY!! So awesome! Full body is a great place to start! This will allow you to strengthen your body overall and then after a few weeks or when you feel ready move on to more isolated training!
