06/29/23: Rican Captain's Log: On this June SSS, this was the perfect 20 minutes before a recovery day! So needed and BTW... those sumo sumo cleans; I almost dropped my 10lbs! Sooooooooooo had to go lighter for form, so I used 5lbs! Needless to stay, perfect 20 for when you're on the go-go-go! Thank you so much and looking forward to Saturday's workouts!

WOW, some of the compound moves in this workout were really tough! Lunging and holding weights out in front of you...not to mention holding weights over your head while squatting. Topped it off with yesterdays standing abs. Loving SSS. Keep bringing the 🔥

Dripping sweat in 20 mins? Yup. And I’m so happy my five pound weights are put away for good. 15 pound weights for glute bridge and chest press. Thank you for making me go heavier. I never would have before. :)
I must have had too much iced coffee yesterday because it seemed I had enough energy (and it seemed totally rational 🤪) to pair this with the 15-minute metabolic ride. Gladly swearing bullets 😅 thanks!
Tried this last night also being on a cal deficit and eating high protein I’m not joking when I say that I can see a difference already in my stomach area which is what I’m trying to work on
No disrespect, I do have a genuine question. If we look to commit to this work out.. would it mean that we'd have your form? I'm sure with certain different exercises in between we can maintain your shape as a base if that's what we're looking for correct?
