Sponge:
Eggs - 4
Vanilla sugar - 1tbsp
Caster sugar - 100g
Plain flour - 100g
Baking powder - 1/2tsp
Salt - 1/4tsp
Fresh fruits:
Apple ,banana,kiwi
Apricot,strawberry
Raspberry, blueberry
Vanilla custard :
Milk- 800ml
Caster sugar - 50g
Vanilla custard powder - 40g
Whipped cream
& chopped almonds for decoration
